Postal Locations

First of all there was filming in my post office that he allowed to do. I own the post office I’m your boss if u don’t like it quit because I’m the member of the public I pay your salary. All of your ugly woman needs to keep your hand a to yourself. U can’t touch nobody and nobody’s property. All of you’s needs to go back to school in kindergarten to learn to keep your hands to yourself. How I touch your phone and drop it on the floor how r u going to feel? U rated 1.5 what the hell is that? All of you’s needs to get fired or get your rated up. If I don’t see your rated upon February 11th I’m contracting the city hall and fire all of you’s. That’s 1 month away. I want it to be 3.0. If I don’t see that all of you’s r going to lose your job. I can make it happen. I’m not from California I can still make it happen. 3.0 if I don’t see that say bye bye to your jobs.

I am very unhappy that carriers 'do not have to pick up outgoing mail if they have no incoming mail' per response by Mr. Kaufman C360 Coordinator at Spring Carrier Annex in LB, CA. Apparently since 1929 this has been a 'rule'. We've had mail left hanging on our mailbox twice because of that. And, since they are removing mailboxes that we typically used in the past, it is making it harder for us to mail letters unless we travel to a mail location. And of course...this is a monopoly......

I am extremely disappointed with this postal service location. They are horrible, they won't deliver packages to paying customers who are awaiting their packages. I hope this location shuts down because they do not help anybody and they are not very nice people at all. They put the blame on you if you're not at your home to sign for a package even though you're at work working just like these people. Hope someone investigates this branch because they are fowl people who work there.

The Post Office refuses to fly the American flag on the top of the Spring Carrier annex at Spring & Bellflower in Long Beach. It has been missing for more than one year and the manager has failed to put it back up. I have gone there several times and have called them several times but to no avail..
