I went in to update the address and get a return label for my package. the worker who came to customers individually shewed me off because they were busy . He said oh we don’t have the cards to do the address changes here . so I told him I’m here to also get a label and box to return my package he said I would need to go to ups store . I get it you guys are busy . But I went there for two things and you couldn’t even help me with one but rudely get me out of the office . I’ll be going back Monday when that disgrace man isn’t there

The US postal service is terrible. Nothing is on time literally nothing. Payed for overnight and it’s been 5 days and the package shows going to destination for last 3days. Absolutely unacceptable.

Can not talk to anyone on the phone with regard to passport renewal. They have phone listed as 562 866 3981 to schedule an appointment, however nobody is answering.

Horrible customer service. Was standing under the sign for package pickup for 30 minutes when I asked the clerk if anyone was going to attend to me and she just said no, you have to get in the line. Why not tell me that right away. Smh

the post office delivered two packages with my name on them to the wrong house - I received a picture of them being left on my porch- however,it shows a slider door and a door mat which do belong to me. I do not have a sliding glass door. nor that mat. tracking number is 1Z679294yw6953076 delivered thursday 7/30 at 3:50 PM

Friendly, efficient, professional clerks (René - you know who you are). And others I don't know by name, but have been on duty for years - all very helpful. PO Box service is tops, especially pick-ups at the counter. I like the new package locker, the one that uses a bar code.

Saturday morning. Line backed up out the door. Only 2 clerks. Making people wait to give you money. No wonder usps loses money.
