A package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/22 was delayed and not delivered until 12/23. A key for the parcel box on my communal mailbox was left in my mailbox but the key did not work on either of the parcel boxes in my communal mailbox. It did not work on any of the parcel boxes in my neighborhood or the next neighborhood. The supervisor at post office zip code 92354 would not send anyone out to open the box to check to see if my package was in the parcel box and could not tell me if the key that was left in my box was the correct key, nor could he give me the correct key. I paid for expedited shipping and it was wasted. I want my shipping fee reimbursed. A Christmas gift for my son will be missing under the tree thanks to incompetence on your part.


Phone rings no one answers. I am not receiving impt. documents. About 5-6x a year my neighbors receive my mail and they give it to me.3x a year I get neighbors mails and I give it to them.I have to cancel a credit card which I never 'received and am missing a property tax bill .pls.advise.
