I know these people are tired of giving out mail from mail boxes they’ve broken into but we are tired traveling 8 miles and waiting in line two hours to pick up our mail and not getting what what should have arrived day’s earlier. They should have at least 5 people giving out mail. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes for the line to move.

I have the app to check what mail I have and it shows I have mail but when I go check the mailbox there is nothing there. Especially our medications , we haven’t gotten them. What is going on?

For some reason my area has 3 different relief drivers. I don’t understand why the can’t get a permanent one. If this was a private business they would be out of business!!! No one delivered the mail yesterday and it’s 5 pm and no one has come today. I have a package in the box waiting to be picked up. Horrible service! They don’t answer the phone so you can complain!

Postman drives up to our business and keeps going. Does not get down to check if we have mail. We are a business and have items that need to be sent out. When you try to call to ask if he's returning, they never answer the phone.

Watched female delivery person throw packages over fence then ring bell. This is unacceptable business practices. Lazy. Lazy rushed employees. No wonder the USPS is getting such a bad name.

Your carrier is too lazy to walk packages to the front porch. Leaves them out where they can be seen from the street. Have complained multiple times to USPS and nothing was done. Now he had a certified letter and didn't bother to ring the doorbell. Threw the notice in the dirt. Lazy, Lazy!!!

Just used the Hughes mailbox for mail deposit after hours ( Saturday). Someone has smeared the inside with a sticky glue like substance which hangs up the mail. This allows the mail to be reached by hand. Please correct this by cleaning this up or replacing the box. No doubt this was done for criminal purposes.

I have been waiting for 1 month for them to come out and repair/replace broken mail box that was broken in to. This is the second time in 2 years. Taking way to long for getting it fixef

Something needs to be done for box holders picking up their packages at the window. The wait time is 20 minutes at times. The clerk needs to send customers with issues in tracking back to the supervisors window instead of wasting time looking for it & they end up sending them anyway. We pay a service for the box and should be able to pick up packages at the main line. LOVE THE CLERKS AND THEY WORK THEY DO.

My mail was delivered to the WRONG address. The neighbor two doors down brought me 6 envelopes that were mine. I’m very disappointed in the mailman service.

Pick up the phone!!!

This place does not pick up their phone at all. For two days straight I've been trying to get a hold of them and the phone just ring and ring. It doesn't even take you to a voicmail or nothing, it just kept ringing for a good 2 mins before I hung up.

A friend sent me a box of gift and I have not received it! It has been over two weeks! What is going on USPS!'? Do you deliver or steal our mail? Sender and I am really upset!!!!
Called and no one ever picks up the phone either! It's so sad that government workers are so inefficient with no check and balance system in place!

Have problem they might deliver but never knock or ring door bell.
Be ready outside thats i have to do or maybe they do steal.
