A package was supposed to be delivered on Jan.14th 2020 u have the wrong zip code my address is 2326E.HamptonWayFresnoCa.93726 Please redeliver I was told that u will be sending it back to where I ordered it from if possible can I go pick it up today
The postal carrier left a key for the box for packages in our bank of mailboxes in our condo complex. The key was not marked with a box number and did not work on any of the boxes for packages. My Amazon order is in one of the boxes, and I cannot access it. I left a note in my mailbox with the key explaining the circumstances to the postal carrier. I hope I get a proper key tomorrow. This was very disappointing not to mention careless on the part of the carrier.
After my regular p.o. carrier changed routes (93704) I have had nothing but problems. First was not receiving some of my mail. Second was receiving 16 pieces of mail on one day addressed to addresses for 3 different streets including several pieces for an apartment complex. I wanted to put in a request for daily mail notification, however, I don't like to put my personal info online due to identify theft I have dealt with.
BTW - The female postal carrier I had was most excellent. Could you please look into the current problems in this area. I am not the only one here having the same problems. Thank you.
Our mailman is so lazy he would not take time to get out of his vehicle and deliver our mail. Vehicle was parked at 7 feet from mail box and he didn't bother because our security camera showed him pull up and then drive around vehicle at the curb.
Wil have a talk to him next time I see him
