I would like to file another complaint against our mail carrier on route 2801. She is very rude when she comes into our business and hateful to our employees. She has to be asked to take our outgoing mail and does not always take it. She frequently delivers the wrong mail over and over to our facility and when it is brought to her attention she is rude about it. I have called the Clinter station and reported her behavior at least 3 times and it is only getting worse each time she comes in. Please talk to this individual and ask her to be professional when she enters our office or find someone to deliver our mail who is not creating a hostile environment. Yesterday she left a package on our door step and we are in a public park and there was no reason for her to leave it when she had just delivered the mail seconds before she was just to lazy to open the door and hand us the mail she did not bring the first time she came.

Package tracking information is constantly marked "delivered" but does not arrive until the next day or later. Regularly deliver packages to wrong box or leave larger packages on doorsteps in a large apartment complex with no security; have lost over $300 in orders in the last year. Calling this post office usually results in being put on hold immediately for 20 minutes or more.

I called this location and I did not get any answers. The employee was extremely rude over the phone and refused to answer my question in a way that would make sense to me.
