I have a package that was reported to have been delivered to my door...left on porch....but I never received it. I called the couple neighbors who usually end up with my packages ans they didnt get it.....the tracking number was 9461 2096 9993 8725 5838 34..I sent a note to the ebay seller and they said it was my responsibility. Cant get anyone to pick up the phone at the PO. This has happened so very many times ...You have usually found it. this is about a 5 pound box Thank you for anything you can do. I will keep calling

I just spent 20 frustrating minutes trying to get through to a human being. The menu for the 800 phone number just sends you around in endless circles, never taking you where you need to go. Then the number for my local PO in busy non stop and you can't get through. I just needed a simple question answered! This B.S. just contributes to the slow death of snail mail!!!

We have had SEVERAL packages that were not delivered the day they were "out for delivery". We are open the same hours as the post office. However, somehow our packages NEVER get delivered to our office. So here I am on my lunch hour because the postal worker was to lazy to come inside to deliver yet another package.

Today March 14, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. the USPS worker delivered our package to the next door apartment. It is very clear in the package addressed to Apartment 5 but the USPS worker delivered it to Apartment 4.. It's good that our neighbor is honest. Please Mr. USPS next time when you're working put your mind and heart into it so our mails/packages won't be lost.

I would recommend calling to make sure, but the post office does observe the government holidays, which includes columbus day.
