This place is the worst. I usually go to a post office on the far east side but this one was on the way. A giant line 25 minutes deep so far. 20 people waiting behind me. Unreal. Only 2 clerks. One of which is waiting for a man to label/address 50 envelopes. Usually if a patron is unprepared, they are directed on what to do and asked to come back to the window when ready. So crazy. No other clerks were called to help. Management here must be lacking. This place is bananas.

Counter clerks too lazy to look for a package that needs to be signed for! Package no at risk of being returned. Tracking information not updated. Package now "lost" at Sun Station? No one answers the phone, impossible to get to a manager. Time to remove the word "service" from USPS.

I wish they would answer their phone. I have been on hold for 55 minutes. I filled out the form to forward my mail from my PO box and am not receiving my mail.

The postal service won't even bother to knock on your door or attempt real delivery of parcels at my apartment complex. Then I have to go pick up at the USPS office and risk coronavirus. The only thing the USPS is good for is filling up my mailbox with junk mail.. and if you try to opt out of that you still get junk mail. I see no reason for the USPS to even exist any more they are sooo useless. I wish the government would shut it down and let private companies who do an infinitely better job take care of things. This coming from a liberal and it is not about small government - it is about how incompetent an organization the USPS is. And Sun Station is especially egregious. It is unfortunate that Amazon will not let you indicate you do not want shipping by USPS... but other ecommerce sellers will.

Please help me with the mail forwarding service! I signed up for it and should have had mail sent on May 15, 22, and 29, but nothing has arrived and no one seems to know what has happened. The Tracking number for one week shows the package doesn't exist. No one answers the phone at Sun Station. The local PO in Port Clyde Maine has a very helpful person but she can't get through to anyone.

No one answers the bloody phone. On three occasions over three days, I've tried to call the Sun Station Post Office and the phone just rings and rings and rings and then after a couple of minutes of the phone ringing I get a busy signal. I've tried calling in the morning, the early afternoon and the late afternoon and the results are exactly the same. I'm calling because I've been getting notices not to block the mailbox with trash cans. I'm NOT blocking the mailbox with trash cans. I place the recycling and trash bins any further away from the mailbox area then the city won't empty the bins! I'm sorry if the mail carrier has to get out of their vehicle and walk all of three feet on Monday when the bins are in the vicinity of the mailbox. I live on a very narrow dead end street and I simply have no other options as to where to place the bins. But the bins are not blocking the mailbox. OK?! Four seconds of 'inconvenience' would really help me out. This situation hasn't changed since 1944, but now it's suddenly a problem? I'm doing what I can but I can't place the bins any further away from the mailbox (east or west) than where I am placing them. Also, the mail carrier has run over my mailbox with their vehicle twice in the last few months which I've had to fix, replace and reset. I would really hope that going forward the carrier can get out of their vehicle, walk all of three feet to place the mail in the box on Monday if the bins are blocking them in some fashion, and then leave without destroying my mailbox and the stand it's on. I'm very frustrated.

Your phone service is terrible. None of the stations ever answer the phone regardless of day or hour, and your 800 # will only connect me to a robot that keeps saying the same thing over and over, and will not connect me to a human being. Terrible Service! I am wanting to know about the food donation pick up service that is being offered today in Tucson, and it has not yet been picked up and it is getting very hot hanging from the mailbox in the desert sun. Hire people to answer the phone! so people who still use USPS can get their questions answered.

I've had a forwarding address on file and one of my automatic subscriptions auto renewed without me realizing it. The parcel was delivered to my old address in Tucson and since I moved to another state, I could not retrieve it. Extremely frustrating. Sun Station is the local post office for my previous address and when I called, it rings and rings and rings and then some automated message tells you no one is available to take your call, please try again later. One day I had to call 7 times in a row before someone finally answered. All they said was their carrier has delevered thousands of parcels since then and couldn't possibly remember where it was left. Even though the tracking online said delivered at door... at an unsecured apartment complex... This is the most frustrating forwarding address situation I've ever experienced.
