This place collective IQ is less than that of a rock, how do attempt to deliver a package to an apartment but not leave it with anyone at the front desk. the bare minimum is the high standard for anyone working there. I am surprise no one has shot up the place. They are nothing but lowest form of life and they act like the can't be touched, they will look you in the eye just lie, or make something up to make not there fault, this office is why no one wants to use USPS for anything.

Post office drop box located on W. Mossman Rd is only being picked up one or twice a week. Is this normal operations?

WORST location EVER!!! No parking to handle the flow of customers, so their carrieers make it impossible to get in your vehicle to leave and damage my packages! One window for too many to serve! Rude inconsiderate staff who could care less about helping!! GOOD LUCK getting anyone who actually wants to be helpful!

Any way of getting new community mailboxes? The one on Avenida Fresca is pretty well shot, an eyesore, graffitti'd, and way past replacing. As a taxpayer who pays for such things, replace these boxes, please. Also, for everyone's information reading this, please sign up for informed delivery on the USPS site. You'll get notices of what's being delivered and what has been delivered for a 10-day period.

Our mailboxes are in very sad need of cleaning....someone has gotten sick against the whole unit :-/ Please find someone that can come and clean them, please! As a resident I'm not sure if we are allowed to mess with it in case any mail maybe damaged (wet) Thank you in advance for your cooperation :-)

Our packages always show delivered and when I go to my parcel locker it's never their until three days later. Sometimes I even have to leave notes because the parcel key is left in someone else's locker so I have to leave my contact info in case someone has it. The workers at San Xavier seem to call the person who delivers in my area or say they will talk to him but nothing ever changes.

I don't understand what is wrong with the person delivering our mail, He keep mixed the mail with other neighborhoods, I talk to him he say sorry but still do it 3 times I went to the office a couple times they very helpful and addressing the situation but this keep happening, last time was last Friday 10/9/2020, I follow him and give the wrong mail back, so he can put in the right mail, well he not, he just trow the letter in the box and leave our of the subdivision, now I'm more worried about my mail delivering complete.

Our packages are not delivered to our address, that's something we have lived with for the last 8 years out of the 23 years we have lived here. NOW there is never a slip left in our mailbox! Our packages sit for weeks before we are able to track them down!

So they couldn't deliver my package and instead left there little slip which clearly states that should I need someone else to pick it up to sign and put that person's name in. My rep gets there and is told they cannot pick it up because they don't have a photo copy of my ID. Then when I call to speak with the postmaster theylaugh like itsabig joke. I will be filing a formal complaint.

The San Xavier station is sadly about passing the buck instead of taking responsibility for the outright negligence of postal delivery personnel. After repeated requests not to leave items too large for the box laying out. That I will pu at the post office , My last item was severely damaged due to monsoon rains. Thrown in an area it's obvious that water runs with no plastic cover. Sad there' s no pride in their work.
