The mail carrier for Buckingham drive is leaving mailboxes open as they go so fast they don't have time to close the door. This is not acceptable as when I get a small package anyone could take it.

They publish a phone number, but no one answers the phone! How are you supposed to contact them if you are out of town? Very frustrating. Change the message at least to state you can’t be contacted by phone.

Oro Valley Post Office does not answer their phone lines. Repeated attempts over several days proved the same. The 800 listing says they are not taking calls. TERRIBLE customer service from the USPS. Another failed government-run agency. You should be ashamed of your unprofessionalism. Answer your phones. You have failed another Oro Valley customer.

Trying to find out if my package is at Oro Valley office........... nightmare! Its not like its 5 minutes to the office. its a 20+ minute drive one way. They won't answer the phone and the usps 800 number is useless. If anyone I order from says they are using USPS for delivery from this point on I will promptly cancel my order. They suck!!!

I am wondering why I haven't received mail in the last 2-3 days? It's Christmas and I'm awaiting gifts to arrive. We've had a painter at the house who the postal carrier may think may be parking too close for her to deliver but it wasn't. If they can get out of their car to deliver a package to the door surely they can get out of it to put the mail in the box. Tired of this...............AND no one answers the phone at the local post office. Why have a phone?

I received an email saying order delivered to my apartment mail slot. Went to get mail. NO ORDER DELIVERED. Tried calling local (Oro Valley, AZ) Post Office ALL DAY. THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE- ALL DAY. Had call the 800 number and wait in the "telephone line" to file a case electronically. Holiday business aside- NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE- Failure #1 for customer service. Need to do better OR at least let us leave a message. SOMEONE USE A BRAIN AND INSTALL AN ANSWERING MACHINE SERVICE.

I am pleased how friendly the postal workers have been to me the three times I have come in during the pandemic. The line moved quickly. The workers were efficient, but took the time to politely answer my questions.

Hi We had some packages delivered today to our front door. I had a screwdriver in the front yard, near the walkway and now I can't find it. It was there this morning. Nobody else has been here today. I'm wondering if the postal carrier noticed anything. 38172 S STONE RIDGE COURT 85739 Thank you. Andris Jursevskis

What a prolific change. The employees used to be so nice and respectful of patrons. I've noticed for awhile the care, service and attitudes have gone downhill. Today, (a Saturday) I went in to pick up a package during pick up hours. I pushed the bell and waited, more then enough time, I could hear them. After LITERALLY 5 minutes I pushed again, waited again not wanting to make anyone mad. 5 mins later I did one last push. Nothing, except noise in back, it's been 15 minutes now. I LAID INTO THE BUTTON! The employees were clearly ignoring customers in front. It's crazy, this PO use to be such a nice post office. Now it's got an attitude! YOU THE CUSTOMER PERSONALLY DON'T MATTER TO THEM!

Hello everyone, I too, also get frustrated with the Post Office phone line. The best way I found to get a positive response from the administration in the PO is to call my Congressman in my district. I am in district one and my Congressman is Tom O'halleran.

Complaint: 5270 E. Cloud Nine Drive, 85739 My wife just hurt her arm trying to extract a package from the parcel box on Golder Ranch Road. It was crammed in there so tight she had to use scissors to partially break down the box and pull and pry for all she was worth to get the thing out. Also, two of the boxes are very difficult to open. It takes two hands on the key to get the lock to turn. PLEASE speak with your employee and ask him or her to use some common sense and please replace those darn locks. Also, have a great evening. John O'Reilly

The post office on La Canada in Oro Valley seems to have a broken phone system for the past three months. It is constantly "busy' but once when I asked another post office to call them, they got through. It is most frustrating. They also were supposed to forward my mail and it is not happening.

I live at 39913 S Clubhouse Dr in 85739 We have not received any mail in our cul de sac since Saturday I suppose due to the bridge repair on Clubhouse Dr. It does not impact reaching our mail boxes from the Saddlebrooke Blvd side but it does from the EDwin side so I think our carrier is just plain skipping us

why won't the phone work for this station? I desperately need to talk to someone at this particular post office and I keep getting a "Your call cannot be completed at this time." I have a package i sent to my PO box and got a message from the shipper saying it was deemed non-deliverable, then another message saying it would be held until the 10th. Well, I don't get back down there until the 12th! I NEED TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The streets in Rancho Vistoso were just fog sealed(black asphalt spray applied). We live immediately across the street from one the cluster mailboxes in Sonoran Vistas . The mail carriers make a U-turn when done delivering the mail to the unit and drive up on the curb. Because of the new black top, it is leaving black tire marks on the curb. We are putting our house on the market soon and will be power washing the curbs, etc. in front of the house. I am asking that they either drive a few feet further and turn around in the "bubble" on the roads where there is room or at least not drive up on the curbs. Thank you very much for your attention!

We live in Rancho Vistoso. Our Son lives in Chicago, he had surgery March 20th, 2015 and has YET to receive our Get Well card with gift card inside? I'm thinking someone stole the gift card? What is going on US Postal Service? Ray & Laura

Our physical address is in zip code 85739. Most of our important mail goes to the post office box in the Catalina substation 85738. When we order items off of the internet often times they will not allow delivery to the PO Box, so we have to have it delivered at our physical address. Our physical mail box is at the end of our driveway and our mail man prefers to put a pink slip in our mail box attempting to deliver rather than drive up our driveway and deliver our package. Now we have to drive miles away to the Oro Valley Post Office because we have a lazy mail man. The last time I drove to the Oro Valley Post Office, the woman behind me also lives in the same area as me and is experiencing the same thing. Put a slip in the mail box rather than driving up the driveway to deliver our packages. Margaret & Sherry
