Today, February 3, 2023, we had a substitute carrier that was very rude and obnoxious. Our regular carrier, Wayne, is always cheerful and polite and is a good representative for the Postal Service. Today's carrier reminded me why the USPS is losing business.

Filed a mail-forwarding REQUEST on or about Jan. 5/6. Mail was to be forwarded Tucson, AZ. to Aurora, CO. Paid fee. Most of the mail still being delivered to Tucson address. (including much-needed meds). 3 weeks have passed and mail still not being forwarded!!! Give me a call at 714 313 7000. Not sure why this has happened. Not happy about it. Gene
