Friendly and helpful carriers. Always willing to take the time to answer a question and be neighborly. New hires within the last year are a great addition to the office.

I have visited this post office several times and most of the staff are kind and helpful, except for that one racist one who claims to be the team lead at the service counter. He says he has worked there for 25 years but he is the most despicable human being I have ever met. Some of my mail were not being delivered and I had a very important package arriving. So I requested to put it on hold for collection, and was asked to pick it up in the morning. I arrived in the morning to pick it up and this racist gave me a hard time, went to the back offices to check and came back to say he could not find it. He claimed it was out for delivery. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I went back home, called the number above and spoke to their supervisor who found my package within 30 seconds. I then drove back and made sure to avoid him, went to a different staff member who helped me retrieve it.

In late October I shipped a 30lb package from the east coast to a territory serviced by the downtown Glendale post office. I paid $90.90. The package arrived 8 days past the expected delivery date and when I picked it up It was 11 pounds lighter than when it was sent. What in the actual mailtruck USPS? Who is calling the shots at this location?! How did a clearly labeled box become “unclaimed”! I’m confident that the people or person responsible for the theft work/works at this location. My package had clearly been opened and resealed. Who ever taped it shut used 6” wide clear shipping tape. I’ve never even seen a roll of shipping tape that big. I find it appalling that I paid the USPS $ NINETY ONE DOLLARS $ to ship this package to Arizona and that one of their own workers is who robbed me. The least they could do is refund me the cost of shipping for the 11lbs of gifts from my mom and from my girl who is literally dying of cancer, supplements, clothes, essential oils, impossible to find in ArIzona items etc. that they stole from me. Who is paying attention!? Anyone!?

My carrier put a green card in my mail box. “No names, no mail.” Been here three years. Names are clearly printed. No one answers at my post office. Rings 5 minutes then goes to busy signal. This is how disable residents are treated???

I went twice to get my packages at the postal service which they told me to just go back in the morning to see if I can pick my packages up again which on my tracker it was showing that it was at the postal service already but one employee was really rude wasn’t trying to help me get more information, it’s their job to be able to assist in looking for a mail or anything that has to do with the postal office. Still after all that I don’t have my packages

I’m very tired going to the Post Office to check my mail that I pay my fees yearly not to receive my mail. I get an email that let me know I have mail and from who and that’s great. But when I checked my mailbox today 12/19/20 that imply mail was not in my box. I’m tried as hell not getting my mail and this is the 5th time. I will be complaining on Monday they need to do something about this or refund our money for us paying post office box fees. I trust them to put our mail in the postal box correctly but that’s not happening. Now the mail we get sent to the home address their put our mail in the neighbors box. That is not cool at all. The postal service need to take their job seriously and make sure peoples get their mail in the correct boxes.

I have not received my mail from "The City of Glendale" since July 2020. This is my water bill! Where is it being mailed to? Check your information and send the mail to my physical address! This mistake is not acceptable!

I'm sorry but I'm tired and I'm going to be making a complaint about the person or persons that is delivering our mail to 6802 N 67 ave glendale AZ 85301. Our mail is not being put in the right boxes in our apartment complex and its upsetting that I went to go check my mail and their was nothing there and I get a call from my sister who also lives in the same complex telling me she found my mail in a pile on the floor that someone probably had in their box and just threw. Its been happening a lot and I get other ppl mail as well. My important information from the bank was on the floor. It's very upsetting having this happen constantly.
