had my income taxes stolen last year from my box, now i still dont see this years, im disabled and they dont answer the phone here, i have diabetic meds in a box with a key from amazon and the key wont work, sick of this bs

Resident had his package delivered to the HOA office according to his scan. It was not here. He came in on Monday to HOA office but no package. He came back in on Wednesday and found it in the mail bin at the mailroom doors on our very west end by mailboxes. He would like to know what happened and why the package just sat in the bin for anyone to take.

Very poor delivery and action on so. Many times have gotten wrong mail in my box or key for big postal box containing another persons mail. FAILED delivery by same mail carrier. At post office was told they would send supervisor out to find package. They do nothing . Get your job done right . Match the address to the box . Don't like your job then quit . I am going to miss out on a workshop because of the missing item. Is the USPS going to reimburse $950.00 for this . I doubt it but the poor little carrier will still gat a check ( I AM PISSED )

I am saddened by the delivery system in this Post Office. My family has been living there for over ten years and not a problem. I have spent countless hours trying to contact the Postmaster of this facility to no avail. The tracking number in question is 9505514823182353509906. This was delivered on 12/21/2022 to your PO!!!. WHY WAS THIS NOT DELIVERED?? It was a personal item from my deceased brother and I am disgusted that you misplaced the small but very important package. Please contact [number removed].

Our carrier has been delivering our mail to the people up the street for nearly two years. When I went to put in a complaint at the Bullhead City main office, the guy in the complaint department told me that there was no official complaint procedure but that he would talk to our carrier. A recent example: We left for three weeks this month (December 2022) and had 6 letters with different postage dates in our box addressed to the house up the street. This is disgraceful that the post office lets this go on and does not seem to care.

aAs of today I have not received my package in my box because the mailman will not leave me the key in my mail box which I was to receive Dec 1,2022 with tracking #9214490324478739702722 this is the third time I have not received my packages and I consider this mail fraud where I live someone is receiving my packages and not returning them to me I am very upset about this situation:

i have a complaint my mail order prescriptions that i rely on either has been lost or redirected i am on insulin that has to be stored 45 to 55 degrees the pharmacy has to pack the insulin in ice bags and overnight mail to my address the package is good for 2 days. for over 10yrs no problems. but this year it was redirected located it 6 days later the insulin had to be thrown away a lost 135.00 again this week same thing happen as of yesterday postal service could not even locate the pkg again insulin has to be thrown away a lost of 135.00 why isn't this being left on door step or po box pick up where i get my mail the pharmacy has paid 37.00 for overnight with specic instructions the insulin cant stay in a mail office 4-5-6 days insulin spoils. me and the pharmacy are going to pursue this further hope this gets discussed this issue can be serious to a diabetic

I don’t have the same postman/woman for more then a few weeks lately! What’s up with that? And my mail gets delivered to other people’s house! Thank god the recipient of my mail drove it over to me! I wonder how many other pieces of our mail wound up in the wrong mailboxes...😡

I just heard a huge “thud” I thought someone crashed into my front porch and the postal lady (not the regular guy) literally threw my box down and it is over 100 DeLonghi multifryer ! What a unprofessional——-!

Omg crazy! Postman put a package in my box that was too big and is now stuck!!!! I’m sitting here at 5:45 pm waiting for them to show up so they can get it out from the service side! My mail used to arrive by 1pm every day and now it’s between 5 and 6pm! What’s up with that???? Plus weekly fliers that came on Tuesdays don’t show up till Thursday or Friday! Very disappointed with the service! 😢

Postal service is so bad up on the parkway the mail man didn't even stop yesterday and waited all day for my mail. It come late at 6 pm and in need of help please wondering if u offer sunday delivery

How do i go about opening a PO BOX?

My mail carrier, Donna, is very pleasant and always on time. But on her days off when the substitute carrier is working, different story. He shows up sometimes as late as 6 p.m. This is because he's using a different route, missing mailboxes and having to double-back, etc. The P.O. needs to train their substitutes better. As per the comments below about not being able to reach their local office, their number was disconnected years ago. The only way to reach them now is via their 800 number or by email. Good luck with that.

I haven’t had a mail carrier for April 3,2020, and again today April 4,2020. They usually deliver around 1:30pm. I haven’t seen them for two day’s now. I receive a check every Friday, so far this week nothing at all. 2007 Colorado Blvd. BHC thank you Sandra Kolar

Have not received any mail now for 3 days ( Feb 25, 26 and 27th 2020). I get mail almost everyday. Once in a while I dont get any and 2 days in a row is odd but 3 days in a row is unheard of. I tried to call the post office but the phone rings and rings, nobody wants to answer it. They need to answer phones there. I would like to know what is happening to all my mail!!!!!!

Living at 464 Lee Ave and this is third day that the mail has not shown up Monday 10/28/19 10/29/19 and today 10/31/19. NO MAIL NO REASON WHY except 10/28 road was closed but for partial day then no mail in Tuesday we had mail yesterday and then again no mail today. Why !?!?

Terrible customer service. Third world has better communication. Pathetic waste of taxpayer money.

I placed a letter on June 16 and the company has not yet received it. I have been calling and eventually it stated ringing as busy after it rang for 5 minutes. There is not answer and business hours are still open. Untrustworthy, explains why USPS is supposed to be losing money, they are hiring poor service workers.

7pm and still no mail, What the hell is wrong with these people!?!

This post office has the WORSE customer service! I've been on hold with the 1-800 number for 20 minutes while also calling the 928-758-5711 and it just rings and rings till it hangs up. I've had nothing but problems with my mail lady who is very rude and has broken our mail box so it doesn't shut now and also just shoves my boxes in when they don't fit. I've been tracking my ring from Bass Pro and it's been "out for delivery" since Saturday (6/03/17) morning and now it's coming up "unable to deliver" with no answer from anyone.

first of all, they don't answer the phone. If you call the 800 # your wait time is 1 hour????. I ordered some items and they were to be delivered on Monday. I was notified that a package was delivered (community mail box). I drove to the mail boxes and only one package was there. Three hours later, I get a message that the post office attempted to deliver a package and a note was placed in box explaining why. No note in box. This is not the first time this has happened. I suspect the carrier forgot it in his truck and found it later and used the excuse that an attempt was made. Now, no one will answer the phone. VERY POOR SERVICE

Sent a package to my sister for her birthday to arrive today -- which it did. Paid extra for signature confirmation and had her stay home all day. No one came and knocked on her door. Instead, as usual, they left a note saying they tried (which they didn't). Apparently this is par for the course at this post office. Something should be done about it. If she doesn't get her package I will call the main post office in Washington, D.C.

Not happy with postal delivery... I have been waiting all day for a package to come in been walking outside every few minutes to check for postman and nothing.. I checked the box at street twice.. I check online account to find it was marked as attempted to deliver. BS... I have been going out at every horn honk or dog bark to see if it was here yet and nothing.. I check my box a third time and find a pink slip stating they tried to deliver but could not... BS I've been here waiting and looking for it... Now I am told to pick it up at PO on a day that I have to be out of the area what BS... apparently our PO person just don't care... So not nice.

I'm really discussed with my local post office, on Lakeside Dr, BHC, this is not the first, second or third time, and probably won't be the last time this happened. I have had several packages misplaced, stolen, or reported that have been delivered to my door step/ porch & have never received them. When you track the packages every step of the way, & waiting out side for your postal carrier if there's any other packages that are out for delivery, when you know that it States out for delivery and they don't deliver the package there's something serious wrong there. I had this happen twice before as well, a year ago ,We were called a liar when we said that the package was delivered to my Front door/porch a week prior, but after going to the post office & speaking to the post master the postal carrier said she delivered it to my door funny a week ago, & on my way home from the post office the package was sitting in my driveway all damaged and opened. Now you tell me was that a honest mistake or was this just hoping I would over look it. As the postal carrier was waiting around the corner when we found the package. I don't know what to think about any of this anymore. If you can't trust your mail to be delivered who can you trust. Sad, that was a birthday gift😭😭😭😭. Don't have the money to replace it either. Sad, sad, sad.

Larry on the front counter is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with in all my years of using USPS services. He processes my orders rapidly and mistake free every time and I can count on him to perk me up on some mornings.

They have the least helpful employees! Every time I tried to ask a question about my package they just talked over me. So I came back the next day for pick up and they said it was out for delivery. I told them I came in the day before and told them I would be in to pick it up and he preceded to go in the back office and talk about me like I can't hear him. And low and behold it was there but he was to lazy to go look for it! Hate this post office!
