Living at 464 Lee Ave and this is third day that the mail has not shown up Monday 10/28/19 10/29/19 and today 10/31/19. NO MAIL NO REASON WHY except 10/28 road was closed but for partial day then no mail in Tuesday we had mail yesterday and then again no mail today. Why !?!?
I placed a letter on June 16 and the company has not yet received it. I have been calling and eventually it stated ringing as busy after it rang for 5 minutes. There is not answer and business hours are still open. Untrustworthy, explains why USPS is supposed to be losing money, they are hiring poor service workers.
This post office has the WORSE customer service! I've been on hold with the 1-800 number for 20 minutes while also calling the 928-758-5711 and it just rings and rings till it hangs up. I've had nothing but problems with my mail lady who is very rude and has broken our mail box so it doesn't shut now and also just shoves my boxes in when they don't fit. I've been tracking my ring from Bass Pro and it's been "out for delivery" since Saturday (6/03/17) morning and now it's coming up "unable to deliver" with no answer from anyone.
first of all, they don't answer the phone. If you call the 800 # your wait time is 1 hour????. I ordered some items and they were to be delivered on Monday. I was notified that a package was delivered (community mail box). I drove to the mail boxes and only one package was there. Three hours later, I get a message that the post office attempted to deliver a package and a note was placed in box explaining why. No note in box. This is not the first time this has happened. I suspect the carrier forgot it in his truck and found it later and used the excuse that an attempt was made. Now, no one will answer the phone. VERY POOR SERVICE
Sent a package to my sister for her birthday to arrive today -- which it did. Paid extra for signature confirmation and had her stay home all day. No one came and knocked on her door. Instead, as usual, they left a note saying they tried (which they didn't). Apparently this is par for the course at this post office. Something should be done about it. If she doesn't get her package I will call the main post office in Washington, D.C.
Not happy with postal delivery... I have been waiting all day for a package to come in been walking outside every few minutes to check for postman and nothing.. I checked the box at street twice.. I check online account to find it was marked as attempted to deliver. BS... I have been going out at every horn honk or dog bark to see if it was here yet and nothing.. I check my box a third time and find a pink slip stating they tried to deliver but could not... BS I've been here waiting and looking for it... Now I am told to pick it up at PO on a day that I have to be out of the area what BS... apparently our PO person just don't care... So not nice.
I'm really discussed with my local post office, on Lakeside Dr, BHC, this is not the first, second or third time, and probably won't be the last time this happened. I have had several packages misplaced, stolen, or reported that have been delivered to my door step/ porch & have never received them. When you track the packages every step of the way, & waiting out side for your postal carrier if there's any other packages that are out for delivery, when you know that it States out for delivery and they don't deliver the package there's something serious wrong there. I had this happen twice before as well, a year ago ,We were called a liar when we said that the package was delivered to my Front door/porch a week prior, but after going to the post office & speaking to the post master the postal carrier said she delivered it to my door funny a week ago, & on my way home from the post office the package was sitting in my driveway all damaged and opened. Now you tell me was that a honest mistake or was this just hoping I would over look it. As the postal carrier was waiting around the corner when we found the package. I don't know what to think about any of this anymore. If you can't trust your mail to be delivered who can you trust. Sad, that was a birthday giftðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. Don't have the money to replace it either. Sad, sad, sad.
Larry on the front counter is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with in all my years of using USPS services. He processes my orders rapidly and mistake free every time and I can count on him to perk me up on some mornings.
They have the least helpful employees! Every time I tried to ask a question about my package they just talked over me. So I came back the next day for pick up and they said it was out for delivery. I told them I came in the day before and told them I would be in to pick it up and he preceded to go in the back office and talk about me like I can't hear him. And low and behold it was there but he was to lazy to go look for it! Hate this post office!
