Called 1-800 # and after listening to 3-5 minutes of a recording pressed a # and listened to another 2 minutes of recording omg. Really! So called local po and it rang like 15 times no answer. Waited 10 minutes and called again another 15 times guess you don’t answer phones at the post office. Bad habit and no accountability. Oh yeah! It’s the government.

Issue with mail delivery. Local PO NEVER answers their phone. USPS site states wait times greater than one hour. Very poor customer service. Shameful.

I just purchased a house on November 15th, 2018 and have been trying to get my cluster box key ever since. I put change in for new address Nov 19th, 2018. They said to wait for another 5 days. They never answer the phone just rings its a shame.
