Had a package shipped to my manager in Montgomery, AL. Package shows it's being held at postal facility and not delivered at customers request. What? Not at all the case. I want the package delivered to the recipient for which it is labeled. No one answers the phone at this post office and when my manager went to pick it up, he was told it wasn't there. SO WHERE IS THE PACKAGE?????? No one at the USPS seems to care. What a joke of a delivery service.

I HAVE MISSED SO MUCH MAIL!!!! Female that runs my route deliberately holds my mail out of irrational reasoning. Secondary female that runs route educated me that the primary wrote a note referring to hold my mail and that the female was doing it just because. I was totaled unaware as to why I stood out that day waiting to speak with a postal carrier personally. Secondary gave me my mail that day and thank goodness she did because it was something that was very important that I had been looking out for. This is a shame and very frustrating. Highly inconveniencing due to me not even being aware that this was the cause of me not receiving my mail. I had been to the post office numerous times inquiring about it but I was always told that they didn’t know why. We need more fresh considerate postal workers and less seasoned miserable ones.

For weeks and weeks our mail has been 1 or 2 days late., it's got to be something done about this. Monday I was suppose to receive 10 pieces of mail and we didn't receive anything Today we had 2 piece of mailed scheduled and we got 3 pieces which contained a book which wasnt in any mail in the last month. Some of our mail is time consuming and it has to be something done about this now
