I realize good help is a lost art, nowadays. However, it is ridiculous that local billing sent by companies via Guntersville USPS cannot make it to their final destination, which is approximately SEVEN MILES from your PO, within 15 days of it having been sent out by the originator. I am sick and tired of paying late fees on bills that cannot make it down the road in Less Than 2 weeks time. This is routinely happening in 2023 and was NOT a regular problem before this year. You guys have a clue what your employees are or are not doing for all the money they are paid/overpaid?!?

it is stupid that i got a notice in my mail box that my box is 2 inches short to deliver mail as i have just bought the house and there has been mail for the previous occupant delivered but my mail has been returned to sender i called and was told they will hold for 10 days from date of notice then start sending my mail back and will not hold after that
