I have a package that was delivered to 1000 Baltimore Ave apt91 Albertville Alabama and I have the delivery notice number 949196677988 sorry I missed the UPS because I was not home this weekend. So is it anyway I could get you to bring it back Monday 11th? I'm home now. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

I went there on the 19th and the person in the front was a lady with short blonde hair, and I had a question about my tracking number. I was trying to explain that my package said it delivered here and the yellow slip wasn't there. She said "what! what do you mean, you need a tracking number that's 20 digits long, I can't do nothing with a tracking number from Ebay " but the whole time she was talking to me she seemd really annoyed and she was doing gestures that showed she was really annoyed. Today I went back again 3 days later and I asked again about my tracking order and she was being more rude. They should teach them how to be more polite. I'm very disappointed how she acted, I know we all have bad days but when it comes to work you can't take it out on others that's so immature.

One of the worst US Mail services I have ever seen. No idea when or if you will receive or mail. Can be as late as 8pm. And no supervision on delivery, sometimes ends up at your neighbors, who can't read or speak English. Postmaster doesn't care if she addresses problems or not. So time to get the local Congressman involved, because there is no recourse.

The Albertville Alabama 35950 Post office is MAJORLY understaffed! Every time I need to go inside the office there is always a massive line around and out the door most of the time! At times there is only one person working the window! In my opinion this is why the United States Postal Service has suffered financially! The rates are too high and force people to pay bills online to avoid the postage cost! Then when you MUST go inside there is a HUGE wait. Phone calls are not answered either when you call to ask a question. Albertville office desperately needs help!
