I've mailed two letters and personal checks asking the Sand Lake post office to send me Christmas stamps and regular stamps. They have done this for me in previous years and I've never had a problem receiving them. I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and have difficulty operating in the ice and snow - hence asking them to mail the stamps to me. Nothing has been received this year and they normally have been delivered to my mail box within three days. What is going on w/their system? They don't answer the phone - it rings and rings and rings!

Repeatedly refused to send mail to my address because someone told them my box was full. I called several times told them it was empty and had been empty for months then finally drove down to the location to pick my stuff up Finally got to the office and everyone is slow and rude on a Tuesday at 11am. This location has single handedly made me hope and vote for the day that their jobs are privatized.

The passport woman is incredibly rude. We went to get my newborn son a passport and she treated us VERY poorly and refused to help us. Thanks Strawberry, I won't cry when you're all out of business.

This lady Rhonda is the rudest lady ever...didn't even have all my questions answered and she hung up on me. She mad me feel like I was not welcomed, and customer interaction was terrible, didn't know what box size they had. DEFINATLY DONT GO THERE!!!

Employees are rude when being asked a question on the phone. No customer service or anything. Not helpful.
