Anytime I order anything it is sent to the wrong address. I have to go to the address my stuff is taken to and get it back. The people who live in the house where my stuff is taken usually will not give me my packages! I know they have it because I usually get a picture of the porch with my mail and it is a very unique porch so I know I’m at the right house! I am getting very annoyed and upset that the delivery drivers are being lazy and not checking the address before sticking my mail in someone else’s mailbox!
Please please please get a bigger drop box at the rock springs location. I work and cannot make it to leave things on the table for an employee. I ship a lot of items in boxes and something needs to be done. Please.
Yesterday, tracking showed my parcel was delivered, however, it was not in our box when we checked it. We did get someone else's parcel however. We gave it to the neighbor it belonged to but had to leave it at their door as they were not home. Because the package we were supposed to get was very important, I tried to call the local post office right away. It was hard to get thru the menu and I kept being directed to the wrong place. When I finally was able to press the right number to speak to someone - the automated system said it was just under an hour's wait! I decided to wait until today to see if my package would turn up. It did not. It is also Saturday and after closing hours so I can't call. While I was trying to get to the right department on the phone the first time, the automated system would tell me no one could give me more information about any package other than the tracking number. So, now, due to the mistake of a postal employee - I may never get my package, and I may be out the price I paid for it, and someone will not receive the gift I had planned to give them. I'm not even sure if the post office will help me since they already established they won't have any information and it is next to impossible to reach them. I am now relying on the honesty of whoever the package was mistakingly delivered to. Also, how can I expect the seller to refund what I paid when thru no fault of theirs I didn't get it? I'm not sure what I can do if I'm not able to reach someone about this.
What is taking so long to get my packages delivered? They were there at 5:58 am on Monday and was supposed to be delivered by 9:00 pm on Monday and at 9:10pm I get a “sorry for the delay” they will be delivered on June 2-3. The update said they are out for delivery at 7:10 am today. Am I going to get my packages today or get blown off once again?
Frustrating that last pickup is 4.30pm.Unbelievable-Greatly Disappointed! !!!And I must agree with a previous comment-The inside Postal Worker -Gabby is Wonderful!!She has waited on me a few times in the past-Always Smiling-Helpful -All in all Pleasent
I looked on line and was a bit lost still in terms of the pricing for sending something. They were very helpful and very nice although I had a million questions the rep I spoke to at the Rock Springs post office location this AM was so nice, friendly and helpful. Her name was Gabby and she is amazing....definitely a keeper guys!! Thanks
