I would like to say thank you to the friendliest post office employee I have ever encountered in my 60 years of life. Ms. Bonnie from the Kinnear post office called me to respond to my email asking where my delayed envelope was and when it would get delivered to my friend Ms. Ginny Carlson Warren in Pavillion. I had sewn a face mask for her and sent it together with an Easter card on 4/6, it was supposed to arrive on 4/9 before Easter and on 4/14 it was still not there. Ms. Bonnie called me, she promised to look out for my envelope package, even promised that she would sew Ms. Ginny a face mask if my envelope had disappeared, and we talked quite a while as I was on vacation in Wyoming 2 years ago and fell in love with the state. Wyoming has the friendliest people I have ever met. Coming from California, I am, uhm, not used to that LOL. Ms. Bonnie called me again today, 4/15, and let me know that the envelope is out for delivery today, wohoo, and Ms. Ginny will get her face mask. I herewith would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for her outstanding customer service. Best regards, Silvia Bichler from Gilroy, California.
