This Post Office is the worst P.O. I've ever had to deal with. The workers are rude, they make rude comments to me when I go in to get my mail, they refuse to put my parcels in an after hour box and the know we work and can't get there during hours if operation. When speaking to the woman who works there on the phone about our delmna she replied with, "If we put your parcels in a box then what are we going to do with our clients parcels?" Clients!? What are we?We then explained that we can't possibly get there to pick up our packages during hours of operation and her reply was, "Well that's just the way it is then now isn't it!"So our daughter ended up going to get our mail for us and they chewed her out for not having the key and asking them to retrieve our mail for her, told her she had to have the key next time or they wouldn't get our mail for her. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We are paying customers with a box for the next year, and this is how we get treated? Someone is obviously on a power trip and needs to be corrected or replaced. So it's obvious because we're new in town we're being treated rudely and discriminated against because 'we're outsiders' and not 'clients.' I fully intend on addressing this discrimination legally, but would advise those thinking about relocating to Hulett, while every other business in this little town is full of friendly people, the Post Office is full of rude, unprofessional, discriminatory minded people who need to be replaced and legally held accountable for their actions.
