I did a change of address for June 6th. Got a notice to verify and did that on June 12th. Still no mail being forwarded on June 20th. Tried calling Gillette PO. No answer. I have bills that will be late and incurred charges and affecting my credit. 3 weeks to forward mail is unacceptable.

It's about time the weeds on west side of building / mail drop side are removed that have been there all summer. Can't believe they haven't been. All I can say is Geter Done! Regards CRF

This is the 2nd time our stupid ass post carrie has been returning our mail. This is the 2nd time she has messed with the mail in 6 months. We have lived in the same address for 3 yrs now. What the hell is this stupid person's problem. It's not rocket science. Sounds like lazy to me. Will be filing complaints monday morning again.

I really don't understand . I get my mail 3 days a week. BUT try to pick-up my mail on a day it doesn't get delivered. BUT the post office won't give it to me. I didn't want to leave my mail out all weekend cause I was leaving town. Try to call to talk to postmaster and she was no there. The prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. I didn't complain when my neighbor gets my mail last week twice. Just want to know why???????

Terrible service. I had THREE packages ordered to my home marked as "delivered" online, none of which have arrived (a week after marked as "delivered" on the online tracking). Asked why this is at the post office, and the employee said they should've been in my mailbox. Said her supervisor would call, never happened. Horrible service, likely to not use this service to deliver my mail again. Very unreliable.

I worked for the USPS for years. I am sorry to see this. I do know that carrier restrictions have gotten bad, but since we rarely get 2 ft of snow here for it to be anything that couldn't be walked through, that is not right. Have you tried talking to the postmaster here? She is very nice- I worked there for a few months. We live out of town, but I know my husband would be happy to swing by and shovel your walk for you, no charge.

i am 63 yrs old and have acute chronic hip bursitis. i use a cane all the
time. i live on social security. there is no way i can shovel my
sidewalks. i have male neighbors on both sides of me, but they have no
interest in helping me.every time it snows i get a note from my mail carrier that if i don't
shovel the usps will stop delivering my mail. so i have to hire someone
to shovel. this is very expensive.i realize that the carriers want clean sidewalks but when i have to hire someone to shovel i go without food. thanks usps!!!
