I'm a new part time resident and I ordered from Amazon and my packages are being sent back because they claim no such address or person and yet UPS can find me. No one answers the phone and every time I try to email a request it won't send. Very frustrating. How can I get what I order and my mail????????

The employees at the window are very nice and friendly. But....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Why publish the number if you don't answer it. Mail is delivered to whatever box the driver crams the mail into. We get other people's mail as well. Delivery can be from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. This is not good "service".

Crap service for a couple of years since present postmaster came into job. Misdirected mail, packages that get reweighed when they arrive in Casper and having to pay postage due even though it was weighed and payed for at the origination post office, media packages opened when they arrive in Casper to see if they qualify for media rates(so far all packages Casper opened have qualified and no apology for delay due to opening and inspecting)…… In other words the present postmaster is crap and needs to be replaced!!!!!

MY MEDICATION WAS FOUND ON THE SIDEWALK NEAR THE PARK !! IT WAS NOT IN MY MAIL BOX, A NEIGHBOR FOUND IT WHILE WALKING HIS DOG. OTHER MAIL WAS PUT IN NEIGHBORS BOX AND THEY BROUGHT IT TO ME. OTHER MAIL WAS NEVER RECIEVED! LEAVING MY MEDS ON THE GROUND WAS THE LAST STRAW!

I have called and called and this post office clearly does not answer the phone. I keep getting other people’s mail on a consistent basis! Please talk to my mail carrier and fix this! The mailboxes are located on Whispering Springs Road. Thank you! 👍

Just trying to let you know they the parcel box, number 2527 off Central and Jordan drive, is not working correctly. I wasn't able to put the key in but the lock turned anyway without putting the key in. I took my package and tossed the key into the parcel box.

Called to talk to somebody and it kept ringing and ringing then hung up on my. So I went online to do a thing and a lady called me and wouldn't offer any assistance at all. She was rude and wasn't even willing to look it up with my information. She said they were behind which is understandable, but this is going on two weeks now and it still hasn't arrived to it's destination. What's the point of paying extra to have to a destination in time if it's not going to be and won't be? Frustrated and can't even get a hold of anybody.

Postmaster is extremely disrespectful. If you want someone to come talk to you, you probably shouldn't start out by calling them a lazy ass. You have to give respect to receive it.

Called rang and rang and rang then disconnected. Put in for a key to our new address last week was told carrier or office would call to pick up. Still nothing? This is totally unheard of.

The postal service wants those they serve to provide delivery ease for the postal employees delivering the mail. It seems to me that they need to do something to merit such. Not just a piece but the complete mail for the day is delivered down the street two doors, or delivered to the wrong street, and not just once in a while, or they don't stop to pickup outgoing mail, if they have nothing to leave. It is quite apparent that the sidewalks are not for their use, as they cut across the yards from house to house all the time.

Casper's main postoffice on Forest has the friendliest personel ever. I have never been in there when they have not been friendly and smiling. Even when the line is long, you don't mind waiting. Tuesday, the postmaster was in the lobby greeting people asking if he could help. I don't think he failed to acknowlege anyone and smiles were everywhere. Such a friendly atmosphere.

I don't know who is running the post office. My sister who lived in casper, WY passed away on Feb 27. As her executor of her estate, a change of address was put in on March 7 so I would get her bills, statements, etc. I was supposed to start getting her mail forwarded to me. Now it is March 26th and I have not gotten ONE thing, except the change of address form, so I am at a standstill with her estate and don't know where anything stands. A lot of important things had been mailed to me through her address and NOTHING. I had to contact the main USPS office and they were going to contact them and find out why the main is not being forwarded to me, as they told me I should have been getting it. That will take 3 business days which ends today. Still nothing in today's mail.

Order something and when tracking it, it went from Denver to Casper the same day. I figured I would get my package the next day. I live in Worland Wy and all our mail has to be sorted in Casper and then sent to us. Well I don't know if these people are on drugs, can't read or what but they sent my package to Hopkins, MN post office. now MN has to send my package to my post office. What a joke this post office is

Post master Derek Sharp is by far the most unprofessional, rude, vulgar individual I have ever had the privilege to talk to you. The way he talks to people is downright degrading and extremely unprofessional not to mention the way that he verbally assaults customer the guy's a real piece of work.

I ordered a package 2 weeks ago that I purchased with 2-3 day shipping and still haven't seen it, and not a single update on my usps website either. I just want my damn package!

I have tried to call the number that is listed on this webpage and it goes to a mobile service and they're not answering the phone. My package has been stuck in Casper and has not moved. The postal service altogether is horrible from the one 800 number to this local office.

I have a P.O. Box at the Casper Forest office. They have cost me thousands of dollars! I own a business and have a lot of parcels. I have had multiple occasions where they put my parcel in a pickup box and the key in someone else's P.O. Box. Unfortunately the items have apparently appealed to whoever's Box got the key and the goods because they kept them. The whole time I am trying to get the people at the Casper office to figure out why tracking said it was delivered but I never got the parcels. They kept giving me the ring around until it was past the deadline to file a report with the Federal site. I learned that the hard way. I use alternate methods of mail as much as possible! Horrible "service" if that's what you want to call it!

Very poor service from Casper, Wyoming post offices. They have virtually ruined my metrics as a merchant for undelivered merchandise, not up dating tracking information and snot attitude. No wonder the postal service is going under with grunge like this running post offices!!!
