problem with notes left by kim in po box concerning yellow postal slips for box pick up. they lay flat in the box where in a taller po box you cannot see them or feel them in the box. so when when I finally figured out I had one, hours are closed. so I folded it in half and stood it upright so I could see it the following work day to be able to retrieve it the next day to get my packages. kim left nasty note to stop doing that. I told her I cannot see a flat yellow slip on the bottom of the box. also suggested that she put the yellow slip on top of the mail not on the bottom. she was rude and not helpful at all. this obstructs the retrieval of my mail and I don't think she can obstruct my mail that way. someone needs to have a talk with her and she needs an attitude adjustment towards the public.She acts like she does not like her job. thank you
