I had to order some items for my job and because I am away from home, I figured it would be easiest to have them delivered to an Amazon Hub locker closest to where I’m staying.
Four packages later that were delivered but not to the locker, I found myself very frustrated. Some packages were trackable to a residence with a picture that showed it was left on a porch and others stated that they were undeliverable. However, none made it to the locker at the 7 Eleven despite the address being correct.
One package accidentally being delivered to the wrong location is one thing, but 4 in a row is unacceptable. And … there were two more on the way and I had no idea how to resolve the issue. I attempt to contact the post office, but no matter how many times I called, no one answered.
These were nursing uniforms for my travel assignment that I was not able to get prior to leaving my home and coming to West Virginia, so it was absolutely imperative that I receive these packages.
I’m not sure how this and all these other complaints continue to go on without resolution.

I have attempted numerous times. Still no answer. The message says hold, then the busy signal, then again a disconnect. No fun. I dialed the number 20 times and same results. Still have not received my package !

Hoping more efficient process for answering calls can be put into place due to being a Federal Organization. Thank you for your time on addressing this matter. My outgoing mail is being extremely delayed to their destination. Outgoing payments are not being received by the companies on time. This should not be happening. 10 to 15 days to make it to Pennsylvania from Charles Town, Wv. Really. Can drive there in just a few hours. The invoice I mailed still hasn't arrived there. Trying to be patient. I mailed a bill on the 16th of December. They still haven't received it. Insane.
Another package arrived today with the bag torn open and both items removed! Why on earth would our postal carrier put this in my box in Tuscawilla Hills when you can clearly see the items are missing? You guys have got to do better!
We are having a problem with the mail. Courier knocking down the mailbox and this time it is destroy. The mailbox was 97.00 and the post is 23.00. The last time we had a metal iron post and that got destroy. We have called the Ranson Post Office and always gets a busy signal or no one answers. We are located Charles Town Road, Ranson, WV I just May have to go in person and file a claim because why should my daughter or I keep replacing the mail box and post that cost over 100.00. We are 2 families so this is why we chose a nice big box’ but enough is enough.
I scheduled a pick up for post office waited for them all day! They were supposed to pick up today!!! No one rang my door bell! Not the first time this post office has messed up!! Quite a few times my stuff has gotten delivered at the wrong address! Then we have to call shipper or one of our utilities!
I was at the Ranson post office this morning about 9:15. The lady that was behind the counter did not have a mask on. I thought had to have mask on inside public places. On top of everything this is a federal building.
USPS left a note under my door on 5/3/2019 stating they had a package that needed to be signed for. I have stayed home hoping he would come back with it, but so far he has not. I went in the tracking site, put in the barcode, but it said they had knowledge of it.
I called the post office but I needed a number that I don't have, so I didn't do anything and the linewent dead. I surewish I could talk to a person and not a computer! the package is for Mary Wharton at 147 Rural Retreat Drive, Ranson, WV 25438. The barcode # on the delivery slip is 5293 0597 7332 9194.

I received a telephone message from "Sarah" @ the Ransom, WV P.O.
She left a message to call her: 304-725-9121. When I called that number between 8am-4:30pm. After I called, & pushed a button, I got a repeated "busy" signal.
PLEASE: Why am I given a telephone number that is not functioning? This doesn't seem consistent with efficient Government Service.
I think my mail carrier LIsa needs a raise...honestly she goes the extra mile. She brings tons of packages to our mailbox every single day...and she always is cheerful and kind.
