Do not recommend!! She’s the worst post office person I’ve ever been in contact with ever!!! I have had a box at that post office for 10 years and never had a problem until she came there! I dealt with her for 2 years and literally went and got a box and set it up at my house just so I wouldn’t have to go in the post office and have to deal with her anymore!! She was horrible and downright rude on ever occasion I’ve ever interacted with her on. I always went in there respectful and nice it never mattered she was still horrible! She violated the hippa law that I assume you have to sign when you take on that responsibility to handle other people’s PRIVATE mail. There was another client waiting behind me as she was holding my mail and was explaining to me and joined the lady behind me in the convo on the reasons why she was allowed to hold my mail and not give it to me. I said if I only have bills you can just keep them.. She then said “ohh nooo HERE!!” She slammed each individual piece of mail I had down on the counter and named off each thing to me loud enough for anyone in that post office to hear especially the lady behind me!! She said ohh you got a gas bill you’ll need that!! Here’s a bill from the power company you’ll need power better pay that soon!! “Ohhh heres something from the tax office, don’t you work at the tax place?!” She was wayyy out of line and I only stood there and dealt with it & took my mail and left!!! She’s awful to ever person that comes in there and ever time you try to call and complain on her it doesn’t matter they still do nothing to her!! Even now that I have my own box at my home it will be weeks after things have been mailed before I get most of my mail. This place needs some professional people in there and people who don’t care to do their job because she gets mean and rude if you ask her for a stamp or a package that you have there! Everything is a big deal for her to do! She’s even mean and awful to her co workers! Worst post office ever! I drive all the way to Madison or rock creek if I need a stamp of money order just to keep from dealing with her!
