Just called the 965 number 3 times, recording says hold for next available person....after 3-4 minutes it transfers to a voice that says enter a remote access #. The complaint...I live at 5 Reynolds Av In elkview. Lately our mail has been delivered to the wrong Mail box. On Saturday our mail was dropped off at Special Occasions, who called me and I picked it up. It is happening to others. Is it the sorter, or the deliverer or just poor service? It needs to be fixed.

Why is there not anything on here about how & where to get mail since PO was flooded? I've heard two separate stories!
