Postal Locations

Our address is 5537 saltwell road, bridgeport wv..we put mail to be picked up, flag up on Aug. 14,2021 about 12: 30 pm..went to get mail about 5 pm..flag was still up. On Aug. 16, my husband checked mail after work, a little past 11:00 pm..the flag was still up. This has happened before the flag was up for 3 days. I have cash n there now for stamps and mail that needed to go out. I thought the flag was there for a reason..we did not get mail for those 2 days that should not be a reason to not notice the flag up.

I would like to make a complaint on behalf of a few customers of the ROSEMONT WV 26424 post office For several months we have all been receiving our mail with scotch tape holding it closed not normal and I myself and my boyfriend where sent lettters with cash in them and didn't recieve either one of them I think that's a little strange. I'm not asking for return of the money because it's not your policy but I would like to see some sort of investigation because it's happening to more than one person and also why do they have no trash can and the postal worker refuses to throw it away she also is jamming the mail in the boxes ripping and tearing it. I would love a confirmation email that some sort of investigation was done or is there somewhere else I should take my complaint. Thank you so much for your time.
