my review is complain about the regular delivery "person". Around 2 to 3 times a month get mail for a neighbor. Same neighbor and has right box number on their mail . Seems to make carrier mad when put it back in box to be delivered to correct house!!!!! WE NEED A NEW CARRIER THAT HAS CONCERNSOR HER ROUTE and has a schedule for everyday {same time} not when she decides to deliver. Thanks for getting probalem solved.

Not receiving mail at my address 614 Summit Street Bluefield Virginia in Sedgewood Subdivision. Have not been receiving my mail in a month now!!! My name is Delois Cline and I live at 614 Summit Street. Could you email me back to let me know what is going on please? I’m 73 years old and don’t know why? Also I have checked with my neighbors and people close by in the neighborhood and they have not gotten any of my mail!!

My out going mail is not being picked up they say they have talked to my carrier but it's still not going out I sent a letter out to the disability office 3 weeks ago and they have still not received it

My is julie dewitt, I live at 1600 Hill Avenue. apartment 69. My P.O. Box at the mail slot. is broken. it wont close. i open it. try to close it. wont close. can you please send someone to fix it. thanks.
