I live on the same property my mother did and the delivery person would deliver packages to my mother but not to me she don't even pick my package up she just gets a certified note and puts it in my mailbox I've complained about this numerous times and was told it's up to the driver if she wants to deliver it to you or not I have no dogs no obstacles but I live up on a small incline of a hill and she won't deliver to me

This is my second complaint. The first i did in person and now here online. My postal delivery person always leaves the door to the mailbox open allowing rain to saturate my mail. So sick of lazy people.
