I called on Saturday at 11:10 am. The message was that the post office was closed, but then proceeded to say that it closed at 12:00 pm. That's also the time that's posted on your web site. Why aren't you answering your phones during business hours?????

Your postal carrier did not have the professionalism to walk the delivery box upto the front door on 12/17/22 (Saturday)at 3:30pm., Rather a tracking reply stated the delivery location was not available & delivery will be done next business day. This residence has a roadside mailbox, however, the carrier needed to drive up the driveway to leave the box, which he FAILED TO BOTHER WITH.

I received an informed delivery email that included documents from the State of Wisconsin that are very important! There's a photo of them with the correct address, but I still have not received them. They were not included in today's mail either. I cannot reach anyone in person by phone. Please advise!

Attempted to drop off an empty Sodastream CO2 cylinder box, which you have an agreement to take, and the jerk of a Postmaster stated that the post office does not. The West Bend Postmaster needs remedial training on his job as well as training on customer Service!

Not happy with the Sunday parcel delivery carrier who hung the parcel between the mailbox and paper box so anyone driving along could take it. Apparently was too lazy to drive up the driveway and leave it at the house..

I am not receiving all of my mail. Cannot reach P.O. via phone. Have called bank & was told they WERE sending statements None ever received. Where are my statements - which WERE mailed to me!

We were looking for our 2020 real estate tax check in the mail for weeks. The bank insisted the check was cut and mailed on December 15 but it just arrived yesterday (January 8th, 2021!) with a stamp on it from the post office indicating it was "Missent to Washington County Court House." It was addressed to US, not the frickin' court house! What the heck is wrong with you people? We had to have the bank recut the check and we scrambled at the last minute to get it in before the December 31 deadline. The incompetence of the USPS is amazing.

We do not have regular mail carrier Wilson Ave! My mail doesn't get picked up for days. Almost every Friday, they take off. Tired of running to family n post office to pay my bills.

Our mail person don't take our mail out of the box on our house we leave it in there for 3-4 days then maybe it will be gone I shouldn't have to bring it to the post office to send mail out it's ridiculous!!!

Not happy with service. Post office person did not come to door or ring bell for package to be sign for; left paper in box for package to be picked up the next day. They are pills that I have been waiting for a week from OptumRX. Will not order again when I can go to local pharmacy. I thought I could save time and money not so if I have to make a trip to post office to pick up package. Why couldn't the delivery person make an effort to knock on door or better yet ring bell?
