I ordered a product from e Bay and it was mailed to my old address on Balsam Street. II moved from there over a year ago so I knew they no longer had my new address in Colorado. I gave the clerk the tracking number, my name and current address and requested the package be forwarded to the. I was assured it would be forwarded but instead it was returned to me sender. These people are incompetent to follow a simple instructions and should not be employed by the United States Postal Service. Small hick town with incompetent, ignorant and predudice people. Worst place I have ever lived. Glad to be back in beautiful Colorado
