The mail carrier routinely puts mail in the wrong slot at my apartment complex. I subscribe for email notice of what was expected in my mailbox, and rarely receive it. Today there were 3 pieces of mail in my box, none of them addressed to me. I have had as many as 7 pieces of incorrect mail in my box on previous days. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Address is 1779 Park Avenue #5 plover wi 54467

"Comments are not read by postal employees" - what is this review then good for??? Like a lot of people I get a quite a few packages per week. They are all delivered to my front door except from the USPS. They drop it in front of my 3 car garage. Apparently is too much to ask for them to walk the additional 15 steps or so and put it at my front door where I can see it. I can't see the packages at my garage door and since it is behind my car there is a danger that I run the package over when I leave with the car. What a dumb idea!

I had a wonderful experience with Postmaster Tam..S.. in PLOVER P.O. 54467. I called from NJ asking for help with a parcel and she answered the phone and promised to help in a very complicated situation. Most importantly, she kept her promise. I really appreciated the great customer service - made me believe in USPS again.

This is the most unpleasant post office location I have ever been to. I tend to drive out of my way to avoid it if possible. You have some of the most miserable and rude employees. I am constantly getting scolded for things like standing in line to drop off a prepaid package when I can just “leave it on the counter”- if I’m not in a rush why would it even matter if I am choosing to wait in line? As a grown adult I don’t need to be getting yelled at by your employees. My most recent experience was an employee telling me in a very annoyed tone that “that package can’t be shipped with that label”. How would I know what this means? She finally explained, still annoyed. But I hate frequenting this location

How do I file a claim report and do I need my receipt or is it okay if I just have my insurance reference number?
