complete trash. Lost package and haven’t been able to get any actual reason my package hasn’t been delivered, even though it’s in the next town over and went back to oak creek and nobody ever answers their phones at this post office. The package is out of its delivery time frame, 5 days late and can’t even do a f*cking lost package claim because that has to be 30 days. This is complete trash and annoying

It looks as though the "victims" of this facility should report it to the IG in D.C. ASAP......Use topic "employee misconduct" as the complaint. Build a fire under their collective assis!

In the last couple of weeks I’ve ordered multiple items through eBay from all around the country. Every item has arrived before the promised delivery except the one that made it to this Oak Creek facility.... now it just sits in this facility (untouched since November 1st) or maybe found it’s way into someone else’s hands.... it’s very strange.

I moved to 150 Centennial Dr. at the beginning of August. I talked to the mail person to let him know I will have WTBBL boxes for books on tape. My main question was where should I put the returning boxes? There are racks with signs saying "incoming" and "outgoing". The mail person said I could put the items on the appropriate racks. Today I placed a large box with a player being returned to WTBBL, a cassette box and a small bag returning ink cartridges on the outgoing rack. When I checked the mail, all those items were moved to the "incoming" rack. The addresses were clearly showing the addresses to be delivered. This is happening regularly. I had a package that also sat here for two weeks on its way to Norway. The problem is they don’t have enough workers at this distribution center. Hopefully it gets rectified soon. As I just sent another package to Norway on Tuesday.

Ordered two packages from Israel. Both are stuck in Oak Creek. It took less time to go from Israel to Oak Creek than Oak Creek to Elkhorn. The Post Office is an institution in serious decline.

Package I assumed was LOST for good shows it sat in this location for a month also... By reading these other comments I can only assume this is standard practice here. Makes me really nervous about sending items out here from S.E. Wisconsin. New management needed here badly...but that will never happen. I just have one pissed off customer who wants to know where his very expensive piece of merchandise is!

I have had a high priority package, 401k Rollover check sitting in Oak creek for over a month. Pretty sure I actually have 2 the other one was sent direct and had no tracking, this is besides by Christmas present for my wife that never made it. That just says it was shipped to the next facility. When I contact the USPS they say they are still looking into it. This is just unacceptable. I think the USPS is going to loose a lot of business over this and business my stop accepting mailed checks if they can not depend on the USPS to deliver their mail in a timely manner. Just Saying this is BS if you have tracking you should be able to track your packages to a location and if so contact someone at that location to find out if your package is actually there. USPS has really gone down hill since Trump put is hand in the pot and stirred it.

3 items going to Richmond, VA are held up at this place. Package #1 sent Dec. 14, Package #2 sent Dec. 17, #3 letter mailed Dec. 21. All Christmas gifts. Paid over $80.00 total for Priority. Absolutely horrible! No news to date. No one helps or seems to care. What is my recourse?

Package was at the Oak Creek distribution center for 13 days, finally moved to a regional sort facility. Very irritating that it was far from the 2 days but your packages will move eventually, these guys suck though.

Purchased something from MI on the 10th, by the 15th it was at oak creek, it is now the 30th, still at oak creek, i see this is a pretty common problem here at oak creek, is anything being done to fix this ongoing problem?

Horrible service by USPS. Shipped a package with 3 day from WI to HI. Still sitting at Oak Creek one month later. Called and no one accepts responsibility. Yet somehow my sister shipped a package from HI to WI on 12.22.20 and it arrived today. Going back to UPS.

Contact lenses from Costco sitting at Oak Creek since Dec 14, 2020. Today is Dec. 25...still there. Delays are understandable-but this has exceeded that-will anyone at the facility speak up and explain what is happening? Should we give up ever receiving what we purchased and paid to ship?

Another missing package. Package shipped Dec 9, arrived in Racine Dec 14th. Then package arrived at Oak Creek Dec 21 at 10:30am, and left an hour later at 11:30am. No other information as of today Dec 23rd. I sincerely doubt it arrived and left in one hour. I am convinced it is still there.

So writing here is just a place to blow off steam and really accomplishes nothing. And for OAK CREEK being an essential government service is like say an outhouse smell likes roses. Anyone interested in filing a class action suit against Oak Creek Distribution Center. Not sure if it can be done, but am more than happy to look in to it. The post master should be fire and so should every employee. Incompetence at its finest can be found at Oak Creek.

In reading the other emails I see that I am the poster child of late mail at Oak Creek. The priority mail package I mailed, arrived in Oak Creek on Dec 8th and no tracking since then! Bob

Well my package is back to Oak Creek. It went from Oak Creek post office to Merrill WI post office and now back to Oak Creek Post office. They routed it wrong to the incorrect post office. I live in Dousman WI. Merrill is north west of me and Oak Creek is south east of me. Tracking information stated that its still In Oak Creek for the last 2 days. Now I have to figure out if the package is lost or still in Oak Creek. Not able to reach anyone. Also Is someone from the post office really looking online at the peoples concerns? I understand the covid delay but my package should of been here 2 weeks ago.

I have a box sitting in Oak Creek that departed local PO 12/15, checked in Oak Creek on 12/19 and is still in limbo there. Food that will be spoiled! This is government run business at its worst. Paychecks will be given regardless of lazy slow work..therefore not 8 hrs work for 8 hours pay nor going the extra mile to be efficient and diligent. USPS needs to get out of government and be run by efficient entrepreneur business individuals.

Well, Guess I am just another in a long line of people waiting on a package at the Oak Creek Distribution Center. They blame Covid and an elevated Holiday shipping event yet my package can go from Texas to Oak Creek in 3 days. And now has been sitting since the 12th of December at the Oak Creek Distribution Center (10 days) . I can tolerate a delay but this incompetence has to stop. This can only be a government run organization. This proves why you don't want to socialize everything and let the government run things. I can only image the sight I would see if I could see inside that facility. Probably 3 monkeys chasing a football around. If you can't figure out that you need to run things differently during a Holiday period, then you must be short of stupid. I found several news articles about the facility having issues last week. This did nothing to speed things up. Guess all those negative reviews from employees proves that they can't keep good people and the public suffers because of it. And the shipping I paid for Priority will not be refunded. Try and call the customer hotline and you cannot reach anyone and the only recoreded message blames it on Covid and the Holiday. I guess that solves their problem. Don't have to hire people to field the countless phone calls they would receive asking "where the heck is my package". I see the Post Office going away in a few years at this rate. I use to give a card to my postal worker with a gift in it every year and I am done doing that. Not her fault but I cannot stand the Post Office. What the heck is the point of a tracking number if they just update that it sits at the Oak Creek Distribution Center. I could walk there from my house and get it faster than they are taking to sort it. I could drive there in 10 minutes and get it. But here I wait. Done ranting.

Bought off ebay on 8th Pk was sent on 11th it's been sitting at you're post office since. This is ridiculous. I realize things gets busy n covid may have not helped etc. But its 4 days before xmas n what I bought was that n it's been sitting in ur po for over a freaking week there are no excuses. If I knew this I would have bought it off someone who didnt live n that area nexted time I want.

My package is lost in the USPS system, keeps going round trip from Madison to Oak Creek. If it was your pay check, you would get it straightened out in a GOVERENMENT HEARTBEAT.....

I had a package mailed to me from WI to TN It left the Franksville, WI PO on Monday, December 14. In tracking it all week it has shown “in transit, arriving late.” Today December 19 it shows it arrived in Oak Creek, WI (12 miles from where it was mailed). It took a priority package (that is guaranteed to be delivered in 3 to 4 days) 5 days to travel 12 miles. After all these comments, I have serious doubts it will arrive by Christmas, if ever. I can’t afford too replace the Christmas gifts in the package, so I guess this incompetent place has ruined yet another Christmas!

Sent priority mail pkg from east troy To California on Dec. 11th. The postal worker said 12/14 should be there. Left there Dec 11. Was at Oak Creek until 17th. Today it is in HAWAII. Went to post office and they have no idea why it's there plus I recorded our conversation in which I was told they didn't know at the time I sent that it would take that long. I told her that they did know that way ahead since I found out after how many people were waiting. Also they should reimburse because I feel they took the extra money without letting people know the back up at oak creek. I asked why they still posting can do priority mail by the 19th and will make it by Christmas when customers who did it before that date still waiting. The misrepresentation is just wrong! No wonder they have budget problems

I have 4 pkgs parked inside the USPS Oak Creek distribution center. Two pkgs have been there since November 2. When I check the tracking it always has whatever today's date as the arrival date to my home. Still waiting.

This distribution center is incompetent. The leadership is seriously deficient. My packages were mailed on 12/4 and they have been sitting at the distribution center for over a week and I was told when I called today that they likely will not be received in Washington state until after 12/25. Totally unacceptable. When I asked how this can be avoided in the future, shipping by UPS was one of the suggestions. I called my US Senator and US Representative to make them aware of the problem with this distribution center.

Over a dozen packages sent. Two packages to NYC got there in 3 days. One to Jersey City NJ got there in 5 days but another package being sent to Oakland NJ has been in transit for approximately a week. Two packages being sent to Westchester County NY, got to the Jersey City Distribution Center and instead it it going to the White Plains distribution center, it was sent back to tho Oak Creek distribution center and now. It been in transit for several days. One package that is going to Mosman MA has been in transit for over a week. All these packages were sent priority mail but anything going out of the Oak Creek distribution center is going to be f---ed up. On the other hand, anything coming into that center that is being shipped locally, like Madison WI or Milwaukee WI is getting to there destinations without a problem. The USPS is all over the place where and when a package is going to get delivered. It's a shame that this happening this year because in years past there were never there many issues. I'm getting furious about this situation.

Day 17 of my son's Christmas present sitting in this distribution center not moving. I have ordered 10+ packages in the past month that have shipped through USPS, and none of them have taken this long. I've almost given up hope on having the items by Christmas. Whoever is in charge of this place should be fired immediately.

Mailed a packag to go to MI. It was mailed Nov 28th from NC. Made it to the distribution center 30th, then finally checked in Dec 5. I figured oh okay it will only take 2 days max to make it through there. They scanned it out that same day. It’s now Dec 17th. My package was scanned out of their system and probably is on the floor somewhere to never be seen again. Cost me money and my buyer is pissed as well. I can accept being super slow at some point. However, I sent in a request for an update and all they said was “COVID” has impacted us greatly. Well no one is asking you to work 70hrs a day, but having our packages actually update at least every 1-2 days would be nice and not checked out for 2 weeks with 0 movement!

They should fire them ALL!!!!!!! My Grand Daughters Xmas doll has been sitting in this place for 7days now. I ordered it on Dec.8th and it shipped Dec.10th USPS, it arrived in Oak Creek Dec. 10th and has been there ever since. Its only going to Kenosha.

Done ordering custom Wisconsin fishing lures. They always ship usps and get hung up in Oak Creek every time. Current order shipped on 11/30. As of today 12/15 it still hasn't left Oak Creek. Feel bad for the small business as I'm sure many people won't order again. Thanks for nothing usps.

My package sat in Oak Creek for eight days en route to Washington DC. It was supposed to have been delivered Dec 3, and it’s now Dec. 14, with the only update being that it supposedly departed from oak creek six days ago. Avoid routing through this center If at all possible.

Tomorrow is day 9 of my package sitting at Oak Creek. Covid my ass. You lazy sons of (censored) need to lose your jobs and let Amazon take over. Unacceptable.

I had a parcel shipped USPS First Class from Madison Wisconsin on November 30. It left the Madison post office on the afternoon of 11/30/2020 and was not scanned in at Oak Creek until the afternoon of December 7, a full week later. It is presumably still sitting there more than 5 days later as there has been no departure scan. A man on a bicycle riding only 36 miles a day could have made it from Madison Wisconsin to my home since November 30.

As we are a small business shipping out of Green Bay, many of our packages go through this facility. Apparently it needs to be expanded or they need to hire people who can think as many of our packages sit in this facility for DAYS! While protected by Congress and our Constitution, the USPS organization needs to be overhauled to weed out the lackadaisical attitude. This organization needs a sense of urgency and accountability!

On Nov 30 I shipped a package from a Milwaukee suburb to Mesa, AZ. It was processed through the USPS facility in Oak Creek, WI at 10:30 am on Dec 01. It's now 8:45 pm om Dec 10. Tracking says it's "In Transit". I knew I should have sent it by Bicycle Courier.

I mailed a package from Denver to northern MN on 12/2, with estimated delivery date of 12/7. For whatever reason, the package went from Denver to Madison to Milwaukee (wrong direction!) and now it sits in Oak Creek with no tracking updates for two days. The package contains Christmas letters for my 90-yr old mother to send with her cards. Who knows when she will receive them, based on the comments left below. First of all, packages I send to her from CO have always gone through Minneapolis. Why in the world would the USPS have sent this through Wisconsin? Don't blame Covid like the rest of the world. This is pure inefficient incompetence - and typical government.

This is a loaf of cranberry walnut bread that was freshly baked and ordered off of Etsy. On December 2nd it was shipped. It is December 9th today, and still sitting in Wisconsin, while I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am thinking by the time I get it, it will be STALE! Oh boy!! Not the seller's fault! Shoot, I am screwed, after reading all these comments, and then calling the 800 number!!

I have 4 outbound Christmas decor packages and 1 incoming packages sitting in Oak Creek since 12-2. I filed missing report and received an email late they are sorry. They said Covid has caused them them to be extremely short staffed. I’ll probably have to refund my customers for their orders. Pay to have them ship items back to me.

There is hope. As of this morning, my package had been sitting at Oak Creek awaiting acceptance since Nov. 25. I just checked again this afternoon and it had arrived in Birmingham, AL. Big jump in shipping status. I should get it tomorrow. The vendor who shipped it said it would have to make it through the "log jam at Oak Creek" when I contacted them to express concern last week. Makes me wonder why they don't use an alternate carrier.

I have the same sad story as those below in the reviews. My package is stuck in Oak Creek for a week now and all it says is "arriving late," with no other updates. This is not acceptable and reflects really poorly on a struggling USPS which has low public trust right now. This shouldn't be "normal" that it just sits at Oak Creek for days on end and no one can help. I sent out 7 packages and only the ones processed in Oak Creek still say arriving late and have been at oak creek since Monday (11/30) the ones processed elsewhere have arrived (12/2)

Like all of the other reviews, I have packages that have been held up in Oak Creek for weeks now. There's been no update in the tracking information and nobody can tell me anything about my package. They have no answers and say that "this is normal" and I "just have to wait." I've had no issues with other USPS centers. It's frustrating that you can't do anything to fix the issue and get the run around when you try contacting anyone.

I sent a package priority mail from Hartland, WI on 11/23/20 and it was expected to arrived in New York on 11/30/20. When I try to track it online it says "in transit, arriving late" as of 11/27/20 with no further information. I went to the Hartland post office today (12/3/20) and was told it's somewhere in the Oak Creek distribution center. Where is my package that I paid $34 to have delivered? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Ordered an item off eBay coming from Wisconsin to Ohio on the 13th. Package arrived at Oak Creek on the 14th, sat there for 3 days with no update, then had a departure scan on the 17th. Now my package has been “stuck in transit, arriving late” ever since. Seller called this post office to inquire why it has yet to arrive at my local distribution center and was given the run around. I’m starting to believe my package never actually left this facility and is lost. The people who work here don’t know their head from their asses.

Well......I guess it will get here eventually.Thank God it wasnt anything expensive.

What is going on with this Oak Creek Center? I ordered from Cellular Outfitters on June 25, tracking number to Oak Creek and has been sitting these since 6/30/20? No one to answer any questions, emails come back not correct. So where are all this all these items sitting and is there really an Oak Creek distribution center???

Original order from Duluth Trading via USPS has been “in transit” to next facility from Oak Creek WI since June 6 2020. Replacement order from Duluth Trading via USPS gave me same “alerts” but different dates and has not left Oak Creek WI since June 22 2020. Makes me question if there really is a USPS distribution center in Oak Creek WI?

I received an email form a company in WI with a tracking number for a shipment of hot pepper plants that was sent Priority mail on Apr 27th. The tracking number page shows that the package was at the Oak Creek WI facility on Apr 28th and it has 2 different update times both there. After that it only shows in Transit. It was originally scheduled for delivery on May 2nd. It has not shown up nor has the tracking page been updated and it is May 4th. WTF? Live plants shipped priority mail just disappear? They are most likely not going to be alive after a frigging week. Where are my plants?

I sent out a package on December 31st, and yes i understand that holidays are high volume times, but the package i sent contained late Christmas presents for family. I tracked the package, it has been at your facility for 8 days, and there isn't a phone number to call for information that isn't a pre-recorded voice on the receiving end. All i want to know is it it is expected to be shipped out anytime soon. Ive been checking with my recipients every other day or so, and they confirm that they have not received the parcel. I'd like to havr some sort of confirmation that my package hasnt been "lost."
