You suck. 30 minutes wait for someone to answer a question and you Union thugs can’t even answer a damed phone.

Was there to drop off my Amazon return via USPS. The gentleman was professional and kind to help me and walk me through the process. He then gave me "clear tape" to tape up my open (the original amazon) bag. The female employee scolded at both of us (customer and male employee) saying that "he was NOT ALLOWED to give "clear tape" to customer to use to tape up their Amazon bag or use it at all. It's only for first class use. Next time i need to bring in my own tape!" Yet, the female employee was using the same tape taping up another customer's mail as well. Again, this was ONLY a piece of tape. This employee is supposedly the mother of another employee (daughter) that works at the NEENAH post office!!

Seriously the WORST experience I’ve had with these people. Says my package couldn’t be delivered because of an incomplete address? So I checked the address and it was just fine? It’s the weekend so I can’t do anything about now so I’m even more pissed off. My tracking says it was attempted to be delivered in Neenah… but my address is in Menasha. VERY angry.

Dude doesn't bother to leave packages on the porch and drives off with them thus leaving me to wait in the long-ass lines at the post office to grab my stuff that he should've dropped off the day prior.

This is bull you lost my check and saving she is delivering late and now have to report incident get my new check go to my bank and dont trust post carrier anymore

They lost my mail. From neenah wi. When i called to let them know and to get help tracking i spoke to chris (wouldn't give me his last name) who was very rude with me and interrupted me every time i tried to explain what was goin on. The out going mail was picked up and all the other items were received( netflix dvds that i got a notification for once they were at their destination) when i told him this he said "we dont handle netflix dvds" ... When i told him they had been picked up from my mail box for the last 6 mnths he called me a liar and screamed at me telling me to try fedex or ups if i was unhappy with the neenah post office and then hung up on me. .... This is the worst way to treat a customer. He didnt help. And basically told me i was lying about the whole thing. Avoid at all costs.
