I have had packages tampered with and opened and even contents missing since living in Monroe. And recently had tracking info show discrepancies as to the location of packages and packages arrived opened with keys missing and the security locks compromised. This was also a reorder as the previous security locks had also been opened. I filed a complaint and then received a call from a fake postal inspector as well. Someone needs to investigate the Monroe post office and their employees. I have contacted the police.

Dear Postmaster, After contacting UW Madison regarding not receiving my W-2 document which was mailed to me 16 days ago, They informed me that they were highly suspicious that it may have been stolen from my mailbox. I bring this to your attention because if true it would be the second time in 6 years since I moved from Madison to Monroe. In 2014 my identity was stolen due to what was assumed to be a stolen tax document from my mailbox and someone else filed their taxes using my social security information. Please understand that I am merely informing you as a heads-up, I am not accusing anyone of any malfeasance. I hope that raising awareness about this may put others on alert and prevent the painstaking and painful process of recovering one's identity after being hacked/stolen. Thank you for your attention and consideration. Rick Monson
