SHAY, the woman with the eerie blue contact lenses has serious anger issues. She is unhinged. She watches you when the customer satisfaction survey comes up to force you to answer in a way she wants- not professional. She literally stops what she is doing and stands there and looks at you to see what you enter. She is selectively friendly to certain people (read between the lines there) and her hostility is almost comically blatant. She exudes evil and rage. Finally, she lunged over the counter today to jam her finger into the 'satisfied' customer response on the screen. She didn't alllow me to answer it, the customer. She is unstable and the USPS seriously needs to move her to the back where she doesn't interact with people. The lines are always long, never enough workers and not once in two years I've been going here have they had supplies stocked. Tape? The right box sizes? This place is horrible and quite honestly the worst I've ever been to. The USPS in Shorewood? STELLAR. Nice workers, always professional. Get your passport done there as well. I make the extra trip now to Shorewood because this eerie weird woman I don't want anywhere near me.

Went in today to get 16 express boxes. There were none to be had. Consulted with boss by phone and we decided to use priority boxes. Counterperson told me I couldn't because I would "take them all." She told me I needed to order from the USPS website: "they'll come sometime next week." We needed express/priority boxes TODAY because they need to be RECEIVED by next week. I left empty-handed but am considering going back and "stealing" them. Customers PAY for those boxes when they're filled and shipped!!

I live at 500 W Bradley Road, Apt. B104. I do NOT live at 500 W Bradley Road, THE OFFICE. Your lazy carrier delivers my packages to the office which is not even in my building. I order heavy items like cat litter online because I NEED them delivered TO ME! I am 73 with emphysema. Do your damn job! Regards, Mary Ellen Poulos
