Today is February 8 I haven't received any mail since February 4. Alot of people on my block haven't received any or seeing the mail carrier. Has there been something going on with the mail? I stay on 91 @ Hampton what is going on????


No mail for two days now on my block. Second time this has happened in the past week. Neighbors haven’t received mail either.


This has to be the most incompetent post office in the city of Milwaukee the woman who used to reside at the home that I purchased mail continues to come here I have rubber bands and put it on the outside of the mailbox state and she no longer lives here and stead of the post personnel taking it back to the office they throws it all over the yard and when you called and you never answer the phone oh my god what is the post office coming to


I am waiting on a package. We have had several now that never arrive yet miraculously without even driving up my block they “cannot gain access” to my totally unobstructed mail box. My daily carrier is fine it’s these lazy package drivers that do not even attempt delivery before declaring that they “could not gain access” that piss me off. When I ask about it all I get is a vague “ it will be delivered today if we can gain access” I told them that they had access but did not bother to drive up my block let alone attempt deliver. And they repeat the above statement.


This post office is really run by non professional people and carriers.. have packages delivered on a regular basis and they always tell me they do not have access to the location.. they never answer the phone when you call them the phone just rings and rings. Yes, they need to investigate this location and hire people who knows their job or SHUT IT DOWN COMPLETELY !!!!


I never received my package even though the tracking showed it was delivered. When I called them about what happened the woman said she will have to talk to the carrier and get back to me. I never received a call. It’s really difficult to reach someone and the customer service is horrible. I had to call multiple times during different times of the day. One time I finally got through and a woman came on talking about how irritated she was and then befor I could say hello, she hung up. I tried to call back 4 times and could not get through. This location needs to be shut down. They are not helpful and the people there are not friendly.


This is the most incompetent operation! I get the wrong mail consistently!! This has been happening for over a year. Have they changed the hiring requirements? It is important to be fluent in English and distinguish numbers from letters of the alphabet. Really this post office branch should be shut down.


Live here for Four yrs now never a problem until now . the mail carrier is different everyday,all ways someone else's mail. Put mail on hold ,I still get mail. Now waiting for important paper work ,and not getting any mail !! put mail out to be picked up . NEVER CAME!!!! and got it. They need to hire ppl that can read and separate mail to the right address. The counter were very nice and helpful.


So far this month I have received another person's mail three times. This is unacceptable. And the phone number listed on the internet does not work. After many rings it diverts to a busy signal. 414 466-3738. My zip is 53222-3834.


I've had two problems now in the past 40 days with this post office as far as recieving my packages. the first my package was not simply left on my steps, and I got a pink slip, which I filled out, and left on my mail box. It was left there by the mailman for a week, before I complained to the post service, and my package was delivered. The second is current, and again, my package was not left on my steps like they normally are; I've had seven other packages in the last week simply left on my steps; why wasn't this one? I recieved a pink slip instead, again. I filled it out and left it on my mailbox. it was picked up later that day, without the package. that was yesterday, and I still haven't recieved my package, despite my filling the slip in for it to be re-delivered today. Why is it so very hard for them to drop off a package???
