My address is 1132 however I continue to get 1232 and they continue to get mine. It says my order was delivered on Thursday but never got it, I did recioa box for 1232 and I also seen the driver go up and down my road like 6 times. This is ridiculous. The lady in the black van needs a new job, cause delivery is not her cup of tea. I call the Milton post office and no one ever answer the phone, just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. The manager there needs a new job as well.

One time 1/26/19 on this Saturday I asked for my mail to be put aside so I could pick it up because I was waiting for a check in the mail and needed to get to the bank before it closes. I had plans for the weekend. I was told they could not let me come pick it up and. Then I asked if I could have my Mail dropped off first and was told no. I thought I would ask since I live right up the street from the Milton Office. Meanwhile it is ok for them to deliver your mail anytime. My neighbor hood always had our mail by 1:30 pm. Now you never know when it is going to be delivered. We have not seen the same delivery person to deliver our mail to make it a few weeks in a row. We have seen delivery person make u turns and go back at house's in our neighborhood and also take mail out of one's mail box and put in another's mail box. Not a happy neighborhood with the Milton, Wi office.Maybe the government needs to check out this Post Office and how it is run.

I called the Milton Post Office @ 10:30am Saturday, because I received a email that my package was there per Fed Ex. The clerk told me it probably was delivered twenty minutes ago, I asked her if I could come pick it up?. She said no because it would be sorted on Monday. Not her job over worked. Nice customer service, next time I'll request UPS.

I've had absolutely TERRIBLE customer service with the Milton Post Office staff! I refuse to ever go there again. I will take the time to drive to the Janesville Post Office for all my mailing needs in the future. That place is absolutely ridiculous!!!
