Horrible customer service. They keep loosing my mail and just shrug you off.

I’m 7 months pregnant and do over $10,000 in shipping a year with this USPS. Today I called on my way in to bring in 40+ boxes, to hopefully be able to load into a bin at the overhead door rather than walk each package up the 10+ stairs and through the 2 non-automatic doors. They acted like it was a massive inconvenience and after listening to them hem and haw for a couple minutes about how I’d be in the way, I just said I’d walk them all in, and they said yes that’d be great. They knew I was coming. 10 packages in (I’m hustling up and down the stairs as fast as I can to get each box in before they close), I come back with the next load and the bin is gone and all the service windows are closed. I knock and hear them all talking and laughing behind the door... no answer. I have 30 more packages that they asked me to bring into the lobby. So incredibly upsetting at the lack of consideration, assistance, or customer service for a very loyal customer, much less being 7 months pregnant. Will be shipping with UPS and Fedex from now on. Such a shame.

I haven't gotten my "Women's World" magazine for at least 3 weeks. I've called Merrill post office with no response. "Women's World" tell me they've sent them. I've been getting this magazine for a long time, and this is the second time this has happened in the last few months. What am I to do?
