I had a Valentine’s Day gift coming for my hubby. It was supposed to be delivered and I saw it was “out for delivery”. Suddenly, just before the PO closes I see it changed to “customer has requested pickup”. I did nothing of the sort. It’s not a large package and would have fit in my mailbox. I’m not about to pack up 5 kids to come get a package that should have been delivered. What is going on?!

Just about a week ago my boyfriend sent me a Christmas present, and I have not gotten it at all, plus there was no notice saying that they couldn't deliver it. I love the post office here but I am slightly concerned. I am also slightly curious about how long it takes for a package to get to Manitowoc from New York.

On June 29, 2020 a package for me was delivered by the USPS carrier to an address with the same house number, but two streets over. Luckily, the homeowner was conscientious and brought the package to me.

Post Office is falsely reporting that my packages have been attempted to deliver but there was no access to my delivery location. This is a false statement, the post office when called stated it was because of the weather. Why is the Post Office falsifying the reason. Why not state the truth, weather delay. As stated it looks like it’s my fault I did not recieve my packages.
