A BIG thank you to my postal carrier today for bringing all my mail to my front porch! I had a larger box that wouldn’t fit into my box. I had been dreading getting dressed up to go out in the snow! They brought ALL my mail! I’m not sure if it was my regular carrier. Thank you for a very important job!

Why are Postal employees allowed to smoke in Government owned vehicles? Packages and even envelopes delivered to my house smell terribly

Postman delivered an Amazon white plastic package on 12/8 and threw onto my garage driveway. It laid there until 12/10 pm covered in snow until a visitor picked it up. I am disabled and rarely go out via garage so package could have laid there all winter. Please deliver to front door!!!

THE BEST post office personnel in all my homes (8 of them). Everything from home mail and package delivery to the local post office. Couldn't be more pleased. We are indeed fortunate to live in this community where people still care.

The POST OFFICE IN...NEW RICHMOND.WI...HAS DISRESPECTED ALL GOVERNMENT MAIL SERVICES BY TARGETING BLACK PEOPLE GIVING US MAIL LATE WITH TAPE ON IT...AND YELLING AT US ABOUT IT.ALSO SENDING PACKAGES TO SENDERS ON SOME RACIST Games...THE JoHN Person there openly Displays his Racist ways on the JOB...During the Pandemic its been Super Bad....We are talking about it on Black Twitter as I Type. Stay tune!

I dropped a package off and made the mistake of trying to ship the item in a alcohol box. It was delivered back to my house the day of and explained to me. The female driver was very polite, waited for me to fix the box, and had it mailed out that day. I could not have asked for better customer service when I made the initial mistake. Thank you for the help!

I am so tired of dealing with the post office. I have a large package, obviously should have been delivered to the church down the street. It was delivered to my front steps. Come on, really. Often I get two copies of magazines; mine and my neighbors.

Been waiting for a delivery to come since 12/27/2020. Still hasn’t arrived. Yet my mailbox is usually full of the neighbors mail. Guessing I won’t be seeing my delivery. Great work.

I didn't know that they solve delivery issues by blocking your phone from calling them. Thank you for caring.

I live at 1187 42nd street, Hudson. Yesterday my Amazon package was left at our neighbor's house. My wife noticed it on the neighbor's steps while bring the neighbor's package, which we received, to her. This is occurring quite a lot these days. Either the employees that sort or deliver the mail are incapable or don't care.

I have had a chronic illness, mostly I am unable to walk to the mailboxes from the third floor to first floor. Now staying at my daughters temporarily and my daughter has contacted the USPS twice in the past three weeks. She has been to my mailbox twice and found a red plastic piece. I started receiving calls that mail to me had been returned to sender. I tried talking to my carrier and he was very very rude. 50 minutes on hold, finally was told supervisor would call but no call received. Is there help anywhere?

Visiting Hudson from New Jersey and mailed 2 postcards home from the drive up mailbox in front of the post office. That was Thursday, September 21. It is now Tuesday, October 2 and neither has been delivered. Didn’t think Wisconsin was a foreign country.

Moved to Hudson a year ago. I have never had post issues in the past and now it seems to be a regular thing. We constantly don't get packages delievered for no reason. The mail lady is rude and rings doorbell over and over like a child playing games and they keep saying they can't access my front door. It's a house with a mailbox at the end of the driveway. Weather is nice and nothing is blocking the mailbox or front door. My entire community seems to be getting the same issues as well (Heritage Greens). I think employees need to undergo some training or be disciplined for their actions.

I have lived at my residence now for over 18 years. The on going problems I have continue to have with the simple mail delivery is unreal. I can’t count how many times I don’t get my check mailed to me and they end up at someone else’s mailbox and I don’t get my paycheck until 1 month later sometimes 3 months later. I have to cancel the check from employer and get a new one reissued.. I still like going to the bank with a paper check! That should be my choice!!! My bills don’t get delivers to me and I get late notices for not paying them when I never received the bill for that month but may have other months. It seems some days the postal service will not even deliver the mail because of short staffed or something because the whole block doesn’t get mail. Talking about the rudeness that comes out of that federal building... there is ONE LADY that works there that is nice and helpful the others specially the other front lady is as rude as rude can get.. she must hate her job for how nasty she can be with the customers. I always wonder how some people can still be employed for their unprofessional demeanor! I need to file a complaint to the central headquarters of the postal system and have that location get a revaluation! As of today... I am missing another paycheck and it has been mailed and it usually arrives on Friday! Last Friday that is.. and it’s Monday today!

I'm a nanny in a neighborhood in Hudson where there's not a lot of street parking for each house. The mail lady for the neighborhood has been horrifically rude and passive aggressive towards me and the family. I have to park on the street so the parents can get in and out of the garage. I park as close as I can to the driveway, with plenty of room to get to the mailbox. The mail lady has harassed me to move my car, has been complaining about me to the neighbors, and has even not delivered packages just because she doesn't want to go around my car. This is unacceptable and this lady needs a new job if she can't handle delivering in a neighborhood with street parking.

I am a River Falls resident that sent an invitation to a Hudson address-postmarked April 29,2017-I received it back on June 29, 2017, 2 MONTHS! This invite to family had a wrong address on it but it had a very clear return address, the event has come & gone and I am so disappointed. Why and how does a piece of mail sit for 2 months somewhere? It is no wonder people are turning to online message servicing.
