The local delivery driver DELIBERATELY destroyed a package being delivered to me because he was too lazy to walk 20 feet to my front door, too lazy to take the package back to the office with him and leave me a message to pick it up there, instead he decided to cram a 12"x14 1/2" package into my mailbox. The item is bent and creased and damaged beyond repair because he decided wadding up a package and shoving it into a mailbox was far easier. Tried calling the local office, they refuse to pick up their phone. Have been on hold with the customer service line and my expected wait time is 40-50 minutes because that's government for you.
