I was at the Germantown, Wi location at 1:45 pm. Close at 2. There was a long line. I waited and by the time they serve me, it was already 2:07. My pkge is going to Canada. She told me right away that I hav DTI go back on Monday to mail it. Handed me a form and said that because I didn’t have it competed that I should go back because they’re closed. There were 4 other people behind me. I asked if I could quickly complete the form as they’re serving the others still. She said no. What a horrible customer service when government people can’t even do what is right. I was there 15 min before their official closing time and yet turn me away.

This is my second complaint about larger packages being stuffed in my little mailbox that should be brought up to door. Getting very sick of the mail and packages being crumpled

I have had missing mail recently. I have a locking mailbox so I assume it is being stolen by postal employees. Most of what is not received is rebates from Menards. Been doing a lot of home remodeling. and rebates were sent, but only received a few. Missing is over $200 in rebates one at $161.81, one at $81.00 and more. I know the postcard can be opened to see the amount. so where are my rebates? and what can i do about this?

I have had mail over year not delivered even with return address .. Seems to be gift cards and large check recently .. This can be a real issue when sending as gifts never recieved ,, mail employees really are not helpful

I'm generally okay with the Post Office and what they do. Today the driver left a box in front of my garage instead of the front porch. This not only puts the box in more direct view of anyone walking by but totally out of my view to check for deliveries. The box also was left right below a roof drain pipe and had it be more wet out than today the box and contents would have been ruined. Please leave all boxes on the front porch. Driving up in my drive to leave it where it was today, another 12 feet and you can leave it on the front porch more hidden and very protected from the elements.

Has to be one of the worst post offices around! The workers are rude and could care less about helping you. I dropped off a package to be returned to sender on October 12th 2016 and it is now January 16th 2017 and neither the post office nor the company I was returning to have any clue where the package is. I was never told by the employee that in order to track the return I needed a tracking number there for the package has been lost or stolen. They haven't done one single thing to look for my package. So I will do whatever I can to avoid this post office from now on!

Employees are super rude and have been for as long as ive lived here...which is my whole life! 54 years.....we go to Mequon because they are very nice there...cannot stand the sour pusses at Germantown....although Kenny the mailman is the BEST!!!!!!!

I recently moved to town and have been to this post office 4 different times and every time the lady's have been exceptionally rude. I've been polite as I'm trying to fix a mistake I made with a change of address; however, they've changed their story every time. Not only are the unhelpful they are short, don't listen to my situation, and rude.

Rude Rude Rude!! Been to this post office more than 10 times. Awful customer service every time. Always an unpleasant visit.

Most of the time when I go to the Germantown post office I am greeted nicely but today at 930am 12/3/2014 the clerk was very rude. I greeted her with a 'good morning" and the only thing she said in return was " what do want?" no smile and when I asked her about the books of stamps she said "well what do you want!?" I have seen this before with her and my husband said " I know which one that is because she is very rude".
