I keep getting my neighbors mail from a different street and different address. Includes bills, looks like banking stuff and other items. Who’s getting my mail?? Please help me has I don’t know who I would call on. Basically - DO SOMETHING!!!!

My mail is sometimes smashed into the mailbox by larger pieces of mail. Cards and letters are ruined.

My mail is constantly late and sometimes doesn't show up at all. our mail lady parks at the house a little ways down and camps out for longer than 30 min. Is that a common practice? Today we will get our mail at 12 or maybe 3 or maybe even 8pm...this issue should be addressed or I will go to who and where I need to for this to be fixed.
