Postal Locations

VERY upset today. I received a noticed that USPS had a signature required package and we werent here. The next day I waited and the post man came and went and no package. I had to look up and call Brillion to find out why. Apparently its policy to not redeliver unless I call and ask or do something online or leave the notice for the postman, then I have to wait another day for the package. These things were elusively stated and unclear on this form. The manager of Brillion told me he often will re-deliver a package same day but I wasnt nice enough to him so he wont. He also told me his postal carriers dont have the memery to recall that we are here 99% of the time to receive packages (which is fairly frequently by the way) and by expecting them to remember I am insulting them. What a load of crap. YET AGAIN, I loath the retirement of the lady that serviced us up until last year. This never would have happened had it been her.

This post office has always been friendly and helpful with rare lines. They went above and beyond helping me find a lost package and get it returned.
