I would like to Thank Jordan and Ted at the Beloit Post Office. My package went on a world tour, a simple NY to WI took my package to Honolulu HI and 14 other travel spots. They tracked it down, kept me informed and went the extra mile on service and professionalism getting my package to me. They called me to say they had it at the post office. I asked to pick it up in person so as to personally thank them. Great Job, Super public employees !!!

I live on colony court in Beloit wi. It's all apartments out here and the mail lady is careless. She never gives us the right mail. I'm missing plenty of letters and even some important paperwork. I've been told they been sent out twice. I imagine she didn't care and just threw my mail into someone else's box. This happens about 3 times a week I get another apartments mail.. she also cannot drive. She is very careless about pulling into the roads. We have no side walks anywhere and I walk every day. She almost hit me twice by pulling out of an appointment complex into the road without looking. I could be dead and mailless because of her carelessness. I now have to pay 75$ for another piece of mail to be sent to me that has been sent twice. How ridiculous and unfair is this. I don't have extra money to pay for her failures. I'm old and I don't deserve this. No one in our building does. How about you hire someone who can drive and puts the correct mail into the correct place.

Package arrived 11/23 although bubble wrapped and air bag packed, the product was shattered. USPS Beloit had to have used a lot of force to damage the package! And it's happened before/! My advice is to ship UPS or Fed Ex.

I would prefer if my packages were set on my porch and not dumped over the railing! I could hear the package hit my porch from 2 rooms away. Not cool USPS!!!

In regards to the relocation issue there are many good places to go. Perhaps too big but what about the old Shopko location on Prairie?

one of the employee that works there upfront with customers is always rude and unacceptable if we need to get stuff sent out do your job dont be rude an tell people your going to wait for them to finish getting off their phones. If they do not like the job clock out and go home or find a better profession that suits your needs this is not the first time something like this happens with the same employee.
