Hi I came into the store tonight and I came in with a very positive attitude and a simple question and got treated with with complete disrespect for no reason. The lady was rude, and didn’t give us any information and said a number for us to call instead, however she said it so quickly and didn’t even give us an option to write it down or anything. Im very disappointed how I was treated.

The lady that I talked to would not help me at all with out a tracking number. I am so glad the people here in Calera, Oklahoma were much more helpful. The person here in Calera was able to assist me in reprinting a receipt on the package I sent, which had the tracking number. The difference in customer service was astounding. From a person who could not help to one that could.
