Your front desk employee is so horrendously rude you guys seriously need to replace her she is the worst part of your guys entire company and I honestly don't think that I've met a more disgusting piece of s*** human being in my entire life by all means go on to Google and look at your guys's reviews everyone complains about her she is nothing but a vile disgusting human being but no one in this entire county wants to deal with but they have to to get their mail the fact I'm trying to figure out how to change my address just so I don't have to deal with that b**** should speak volumes while you guys go and look at your own employees and figure out why no one wants to deal with you

Change staff. Rude and basically terrible customer service. We have one post office and I’ve had two pleasant experiences within the 3.5 years that I’ve lived here in Stevenson. I get that it’s government paid employment so be nice.

Haven’t met a nice, helpful or cheerful lady at this PO yet. It seems they all have the same condescending attitude, prissy facade and sour lemon personality of a 1950’s old maid librarian. At least the ones I’ve had the displeasure of being on the wrong end of the disdain emanating from their every pore. Must be a requirement to be as rude and irritating as humanly possible to work at this PO. Though I’ve only met a few of these thorns amongst the roses, not all of them. Surely there is one redeeming rose amongst the thorns? If so... I have not met that rose yet. Ah well. I much prefer the kind, considerate and helpful folks at the No. Bonneville PO that are always willing to go above and beyond the barest minimums required to still receive a paycheck. Thankfully it’s only a few miles to the west and a very lovely drive.

What a horrible experience. Cyndi is an awful terrible miserable human being who apparently is pleased by being rude and talking down to people. I am new to town and needed simple assistance to get our POBox set up, she was no help and talked to me like a child, talked over me and in the end didn't help me at all. Why does she still have a job there??
