Package shoved into mailbox AGAIN ! This time it bent the book that was to have been a gift. Last time it took a long time to get package out of box. TAKE NOTE: if it’s hard for you to shove the package in the box, it will be more difficult to get it out and likely damage contents. *. Bring it to the house like it has been done before. * *Postal delivery 101*

We have not received mail in our mailbox for about a week and a half now. We have had customers tell us that our mail has been returned to them and the fire department next door has brought us some mail. How can we fix this problem? 8020 180th St SE Snohomish, WA 98296 360-668-3829 Shauna Hahn

The older man drivi g Post truck# 2206477 is EXTREMELY unprofessional, and needs to SLOW DOWN!! We have a longer dirt driveway and 3 dogs. I was working on the trailer about halfway down when this rude driver came zooming up about 40miles an hour. On his trip back down the drive way i stood in the road to capture his attention and let him know he needs to slow down, as we have 3 dogs. As im trying to flag him down, he nearly runs me over. When trying to tell him, he states "oh is that so? Go ahead and call the postmaster". I tried to call the postoffice 4 times and the phone just rang and rang and rang. I will be escalating this to the next level. This man is going to kill someone or an animal.

GET OUT OF THE TRUCK AND DELIVER TO MY DOOR. You are leaving my packages at the top of my driveway, in the dirt/snow/rain...and on the delivery confirmation it says "gated driveway". I was unaware that I even had a gate!!!! No such thing. Do your job.

Lately delivery has been extremely spotty. We are on their Informed Delivery service. This is where we get emails of supposed arrivals of our normal daily mail and package tracking. Mail supposedly coming for that day does either not arrive or arrives several days later. Sometimes earlier mail arrives before older mail arrives. Packages have been lost. We have tracking numbers and packages that never arrive. When you call this local post office they don’t answer their phones. How can a service operate like this? If this was real world nobody would use their service! Competition would drive them out of business! Is there anybody accountable?

We have not had mail delivery since Christmas. Were told we could pick it up at the office, then told no mail or package pick up upon arriving. The Employee said nobody knew where anything was and that the mail room was a mess.

I have a USPS Delivery that was purchased on Ebay with Tracking Number: HJ690120235US It is reported to have arrived at the Snohomish Post Office, which is not the destination that it was supposed to go to. It's a spoked rim(wheel) of a classic car and I desperately need it as it's the only piece missing from my rare set that I am restoring. Can you please check and provide me with feedback in this regard?

We have lived in the 3-Lakes area now for over 30 years. The carriers have always been very professional and friendly. This review is NOT aimed at them - it is aimed at the person(s) responsible for scheduling the carriers' routes and delivery schedules. Up until the past 3 or 4 years, our mail was delivered in the mid-afternoon time period. Now it is being delivered late in the evening somewhere between 6 PM and 8 PM - if at all! Like most people living out in this rural area, we are a fair distance from the road and our mail box. In my case, we are 1/4 of a mile from the street. Unlike folks living in town, there are very few street lights if any, and at that time of evening it is very dark to go get our mail. I feel sorry for the carriers who have to deliver mail at that time of day. Again - it is totally dark, often poor road conditions (especially in the winter), very difficult to even see people's mailboxes and in some cases down right dangerous for carriers to be delivering mail - especially packages in the dark of night to someone's porch out in the middle of nowhere. This needs to stop! The people setting the delivery schedules need to either hire more carriers to get the mail delivered during daylight hours, or reverse their delivery schedules with those delivering mail in town - where streets are well lit and mailboxes are either attached to their house next to their door, or only a few feet from their house. For people living in town to get their mail delivered later in the day or evening would make little difference. For we who live out in the rural areas, it presents a HUGE and dangerous burden to not only the folks going to their mailboxes in the dark of night - but to the carriers who are forced to deliver the mail to us in the dark of night. HIRE MORE CARRIERS and/or CHANGE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE! TODAY! NOW! I have called and complained about this before and was told that "it is only a temporary situation and will improve soon...". It hasn't. Do your job and GET IT FIXED!

Snohomish post office service has been steadily degrading. A neighbor found my mail all over the street the other day (locked mailbox). Several times the carrier was apparently too lazy to deliver a package and said it was undeliverable with tracking information indicating it was available for pickup at the post office. I have always been a supporter of the post office as a governmental agency but I am now thinking it should be privatized.

We've had the same woman postal person for over 15 years. She is awesome. However the fill in postal person is extremely lazy. They placed a pick up slip for packages that needed to be signed for in our mailbox rather than coming to our front door and having us sign for it. We were home all day, There was no excuses for them not bringing it up to our door. Another time we found one flying around in our front yard. We have a covered front porch and there was no reason why it wasn't on our door and instead flying around in our yard. My husband complained with the actual post office to a postal service person on duty and all he got was the cold shoulder. Since then I've had a package left a top my mailbox in the pouring down rain instead of the driver drive up my driveway and getting out of the mail truck to place it on my front porch. Also received a notice about a package from Amazon in which I was told they could not deliver due to no access to our driveway. This is after the snow had begun to melt and the roads were fine. In fact the regular mail person made it up my driveway just the day before. As did fed ex and UPS. This Mail person should not be working with the post office if they can't handle getting out of their car and walking a couple feet to a front door...

Well it will be a year in July that my neighbors and I haven't had ANY mail USPS mail service. How in the world can that be? We aren't allowed to put up our own mailboxes yet the USPS will not put back the communal box they put up many years ago. I know the USPS put it up as I have lived here 28 years and I had my private box which they made in take down. I liked my OWN mailbox. PLEASE PLEASE figure this out! How in the world can this go on so LONG! We have stood in lines over the holidays, through the snow blizzard..wasting hours of our time. This is truly horrible service. My neighbor even put up his own box in front of his home, I have one hanging on my home.... still we are told you won't deliver. What is WRONG with this picture. Anyone?

I'm writing to thank the postal employee who delivered my mail to my porch yesterday. I was awaiting delivery of medical supplies, delayed by the snow, and had actually run out the day before. My road hasn't been passable due to the depth of the snow. This person went above and beyond to drive down the road and actually get out of the truck and walk through the deep snow to put the package on my porch. Please thank this person for me. I really appreciate their extra effort.

"out for delivery" turns into "access blocked". blocked by what? i don't have a fence anywhere and my large mailbox is at the street. the apathy and depression is palpable when you have to go get your mail from the office. is the back sorting area filled with dementors?

Same experiences as all the negative ones before me. They reported that they could not deliver Amazon pkgs, b.s. there are only two houses on this street and no obstructions. We have a huge mail box. Days go by when they do not deliver mail at all. I have called so many times it is ridiculous. They reported to Amazon that my prime pkgs could not be delivered, b.s. Out right lie. They never delivered anything. They were not here. No to mention, Red Plum comes out on Tuesday and is to be delivered on Tuesday. I either never get it or it does not arrive until Thursday or Friday. I have reported this Post Office to the Post Master General and filed a formal complaint. I have also filed another Complaint against this carrier with Amazon.

In eleven years, we can count on one hand the times we have not received any mail. In the past three weeks, we have received no mail 5 times. We have gone into the Post Office and been told our "regular carrier" will be back and everything will be back to normal. That was Monday, Oct 2. This is Tuesday, Oct 3 at 9:30pm. We have not received any mail since last Friday. Where is it? Is it sitting in a tray somewhere in the back of the Post Office because someone hasn't delivered it? We are at a loss as to what to do.

We have had multiple issues over the last year but Saturday delivery is HORRIBLE. I typically avoid orderering Amazon Prime items anymore if it says Saturday is the scheduled delivery day. 4 times in the last 2 months a package due to be delivered on Saturday says out for delivery and ends up not getting delivered, every single time the driver sights "could not gain access", we are the first house on our street with no gate, we do not live in a gated community and have two separate, easy roads to a large front porch. We were home all day and on said porch at the exact time the postal carrier notated they were unable to gain access. We neither heard nor saw a USPS carrier anywhere near our main road or side road. It's gotten so bad I no longer trust them to deliver packages, if I have a choice I go with UPS or Fed Ex. I have talked to the Snohomish Post Master General and all I got was excuses. It's become a joke. I was counting on the delivery of this package for my daughters wedding. Hopefully the Monday driver feels like fulfilling their job as a postal carrier for the USPS

For the second day out of the last four days, USPS driver has just left our packages from Amazon at the bottom of our driveway where any one could have stolen them. Must be a relief carrier, because our regular carrier is good about coming up our 600 foot driveway and delivering packages. Maybe you should hire people who want to do a good job, not people who do not give a damn about the mail. We live in Machias Ridge where there are some long driveways.

My letter carrier never makes an effort to deliver my packages. Basically if they do not fit in the mail box they just do not attempt to deliver them at all. I pay a lot of money to get my packages at specific dates and these people keep wasting my time/gas/patients with this refusal to deliver. I always have to pick up my USPS packages at the office. They are the ONLY delivery service that refuses to complete deliveries. On top of this I work nights and office hours are seriously inconvenient for me. I am not impressed with this display of unprofessional. I plan on submitting complains to USPS directly and the Snohomish branch post master.

My delivery driver refuses to deliver my mail if my driveway is blocked. This would require driver to get out of truck and walk 2 ft to the dropbox. This last week our mail was not delivered because our driveway was blocked with roofers and there equipment as our roof was being replaced. I find it very selfish that our driver would not do their job because four other tax payers are doing theirs. It takes the driver longer to write on our mail then to get out and deliver. And lets not forget that the rooters are temporary and how dangerous it would be for them to park equipment out of the driveway for the convenience of the mail driver. I have lived in Snohomish for 14 yrs and am truly disappointed in your customer service.

Absolutely the WORST post office in existence. My neighborhood has dozens of documented misdelivered packages just in the last few months. Can't get a hold of anyone via phone and nobody at USPS seems to care. It's no wonder they are bleeding out and UPS/FEDEX are destroying them. Absolutely an abysmal display of incompetence at every level. DO NOT USE USPS FOR ANYTHING if you can at all help it.

Yes, never use usps again everybody! UPS, FEDEX will knock on your door if they need a signature. The post office provides that service so they don't sued if and when a package is stolen. The problem is, the employees don't care for as long as they stick a notice in your mailbox! No wonder you are losing your foothold , post office!

This is totally unacceptable. I was expecting a delivery to my home on Saturday, Jan 10. I closely monitored the USPS tracking system online. Around 10 am the status was deliver At 3pm, do I stayed home waiting. WhenI checked at 1:30, lo and behold, the tracking system stated that there was an attempt to deliver but no authorized person was home to accept / sign. Its is obvious that the postman did not even get off the vehicle to knock or ring the bell, duh! Two options to get someone from the inside to go to the door: KNOCK or RING THE DOORBELL!!!,!!,!,!,? And the customer service line is totally useless because they can't track the driver to go back to make the drop off. So I have to send an authorized person, my husband to do the work that they were paid to do. Priority Mail is priority in the simplest sense. So why not get off the darn vehicle, and check if there is a soul in the house where the package is supposed to go!!!!!!!!

Been there once, never again. I was sending off some packages with prepaid labels. One of my labels was printed out oddly on the barcode, but the numbers were legible. Last time this happened I had sent my packages off in lake stevens, but the worker was very nice about it and typed it in manually.
In snohomish they told me to simply leave my packages.
Today I got an envelope from them addressed to me by last name, and inside was a photo copy of the label with "WOULD NOT SCAN!" scrawled on the page.
Not only were they rude when I was in the place, but they have the nerve to send me nasty mail. Never going there again, I'll stick to lake stevens.

I only needed to pick up items because you can't seem to leave them on my drive way. Probably because it takes too long for some to do it because they have so much to do in one day, well guess what UPS and Fed Ex can do it!!!!! If I had a choice I would never deal with my local usps!

I've never had a positive experience dealing with this USPS facility. The last three times I've ordered a product over Amazon, they've lied to me about the status of my delivery. Every time they've told me that my package is delivered or out for delivery, but I still have to go to the store itself to pick it up. Do their drivers have quotas or something that they feel the need to lie about? I'm so sick of USPS.

This particular post office has mis-delivered three packages in the past 3 months, never to be seen again. They do not call me back, give me plenty of excuses and do not offer any reasons other than they will look into it and call me back (which they don't). I constantly get neighbors mail as well and I know that I don't get mail I should. I know refuse to accept any purchased items sent via USPS simply because they can't be trusted. Must be nice to not have to be held accountable for your actions.
